I bought a Chevy Cruze for a reasonable price, but when I got it home, it appeared to leak oil overnight. I Called Bob and he said to bring it back and they will look at it. They said it seemed to be leaking around the oil filter seal, so replaced the housing for no charge. Again I parked it overnight and there was a leak. This time I looked closer to the spill and at the engine and it looked more like antifreeze and there was some sitting on a top part of the engine, I brought it back and showed them this. They checked out a hose on top of the engine and found a hole in the hose and a crack in the plastic fitting it went on. Again they replaced it free of charge. Not only that, but because I lived in Marshall, not Kalamazoo, he gave me a check for $100 for my 3 round trips to get it fixed. This was way above my expectations and the way to properly run a business. Thank You and you have a customer for life!!

I called to get a part for my f150 after them confirming 3 times they had it I drove and hour to get it. Once I arrived the part was damaged beyond repair worse then you could imagine. They told me don’t worry I’ll have another one I can send in the mail tomorrow and he’ll pay for the shipping. He tossed me $20 for wasting my time driving there and I was at ease when I left. 2 days go by and I’m expecting my part to show up I get a call from cooks saying it’s not worth my time to send you that part. He refunds my money minus the $20 he gave me for gas so I lost $2 and 2.5 hours driving there. 1 star never deal with these guys

Called for part, said it was on the shelf for 25 + $5 core, I said okay I’m coming to pick it up and I made a 30 minute drive there, to rude employees and said that he has someone going to get it for me, I said okay. I proceeded to overhear him being rude to a delivery driver, and slamming phones when they hang up. Like what’s the problem? Why do you hate your job and your life so much? first and last time I’ll ever be coming here.

My vehicle was at Copart-Ionia for 7 weeks. My first visit to make sure it was weather proofed showed me there was items missing from the vehicle. No one affiliated with Copart claimed any knowledge of where those parts were. On my second visit, with the assistance of the yard guy George, we found a missing wheel/tire combo in a discard pile. This was a new wheel/tire setup. 400 miles on it. Perfect condition that they removed from the rear seat and threw away. Matt in the office blamed it fully on the tow truck driver that brought my vehicle there. There were miscellaneous parts in the back of the vehicle that have never been found. After my insurance claim was settled, I bought the vehicle back. Still no parts that they removed. They are shady. They stole parts from my vehicle. No one cares. I’m out $600 for the missing parts. Good luck to you if you ever decide to buy a vehicle from them or get your vehicle back after a claim settlement

I would definitely recommend checking out nissley disposal before you start giving this place your money. Very poor customer service and trash pickup is no better.They skipped 3 out of the last 4 weeks but pick up my neighbors and then just tell me that they will collect double the next time around. Also this is after having service with them for the last 2 years so it's not like I just started. I am not the kind of person to like trash stacked up in my garage when I'm paying for a service to collect it. Give Nissley disposal a call they will treat you way better and so far have had zero issues with them.
