Great people and welcoming attitude in the yard and the office! Bought some hard to locate large metal pieces and they had them accessible and assisted with loading for an overall painless transaction. Thank you, Jack, for your patience and help. This business 'Jim's auto recycling inc' is FRAUD. My BF purchased car headlights from him on facebook. He sent money 1500 CAD to him, and it was SCAMS. Even though  he is not the only victim, there are many victims. He is so frustrated, so I just do something as much as I can instead of him. He already does report police. We don't believe we can find money back. I want to let you know that business is SCAM. I don't want to be any victim again. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS FACEBOOK. IT'S FRAUD!! Very reasonable prices and always reliable if he says he has something u need 9 times out of 10 he does

I placed an order and put down deposit using credit card but I canceled the order when I got home within an hour since I was not sure when I would be able to receive the part. I called the shop to cancel several times, no one answered (Seems they knew who called and purposedly not answering the phone) but they still put the charge through. Fortunately I used credit card and was able to disputed the charge and got the money back. If I had used cash, the money would be lost.

They were awesome with helping me get good tires and also help me out to local garages to get the tires put on my vehicle. I definitely appreciate all the help .

Called 4 times over the course of a week about a bumper. Talked to multiple people who told me it’s $350. Took the time to drive AN HOUR to this place and the guy upped the price to $400. They are rude, careless, and only want to rip you off. Definitely look elsewhere and don’t give these people your time or money.

Usually the place is great. Was out there a few weeks ago and the guy tossed everything from clean aluminum to brass and bronze into the dirty tin bin. I tried to say something and he mumbled some BS at me. Took my buckets and tossed them, acted like I was inconveniencing him being there then screwed up my total payout with his math. If the kind woman in the office wouldn’t have double checked his math it would have shorted me almost half my pay.I had a truck load of alloys, a full pickup truck load, and got less than $16 and lost all my buckets and totes. Never happened like that before. If it happens again don’t be surprised when I tell you to load it back on my truck!

I bought a factory radio CD player for my Ford truck. It works great and the price was rite.

When i asked where to pick up my part i was sent on a wild goose chase. No one was apologetic, for wasting my time. Worst customer service ever. I don't think any amount saved was worth the headache. When compared to my past visit to Advance Auto, i would much rather give them my money

Huge yard. I mean huge. It was a 10 minute walk up a mountain to the Honda section. They have everything you could possibly need. But pricing is too expensive for a junk yard IMO. Front desk guy looked up NEW CONDITION prices on EBay/ other websites and cut about half off the price. It doesn’t make sense to me that I was being charged half to get my own part that was USED. I asked about getting emblems or trim pieces to which he said I couldn’t get. He said he wanted them still on there for when the parts sells whole. Which I do understand- to an extent. To be specific, I asked about an emblem off of a DAMAGED tailgate. He said I couldn’t get it. And I said that the tailgate is destroyed. He insisted he will sell it which is highly unlikely lol. I honestly could have gotten so much stuff but I ended up not due to pricing. All in all, it’s a great yard and I had a decent experience, it’s just way to expensive to make the trip, bring your tools, find the car, pull your part, and then get overcharged.

Les's Auto Towing (salvage yard) promptly recovered & secured my apparently totaled vehicle with many personal items, rx, etc., from the accident scene and the next day advised me it was a total loss & advised to remove all personal items and lic plate. The next day, Les's towing promptly hauled it to Al's Body Shop insurance purposes. Also, thanks to the Berkeley County Ambulance Service who attended to me and took me to the Berkeley County Hospital whose staff took care of me there and release me the same night and I was home safe and sound thank you to all I'm alive. Currently waiting for the State Farm Adjusters to do their complete their analysis. A big thanks to Eric Gates State Farm for providing wonderful insurance coverage in my critical time of need and a wonderful rental car despite me having missed a payment in the past, they could have chosen not to help me, but they did🥲. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, affordable service although I have to subtract a star for reception area filled with cigarette smoke and occasionally my vehicles.

I recommend this company for sure! They were very courteous on the phone, and they met with me very quickly on a Saturday to tow away my junk car and paid me cash. It was simple and easy with no issues, thank you!
