    Jim was absolutely fantastic to deal with. My car got marked as abandoned by Philly PD, and I had to call 20 tow places before I finally found out my car was at Jims - I'm so glad my car ended up there because he was the ONLY pleasant person to deal with out of those 19 other phone calls. My situation was wonky and my car was stuck there for a bit, and Jim let me come get stuff out of my car multiple times and was just in general above and beyond kind and accommodating. If I ever need spare parts or a tow, I know I'll be calling Jim's, and with my experience dealing with all the other tow companies in Philly, you should too!
