Say good bye to your money. When you order from this place. The prices seems reasonable until you dont recieve your items. The communication here is terrible. I made a mistake not reading the review before making the purchase. There is also another review saying the same thing. Not receiving a refund. Please be careful.

I order a rear bumper assembly and they called me for pick up and I asked them before i lshow up if it’s in good condition and they said yes and after driving almost 2 hours I find out the bumper it has a scratches and it’s broken. this is unprofessional work.

Unfortunately, I will probably never use them again, even after having been a customer for 30+ years. The woman who answers the phone and deals with the purchasing of junk vehicles was a total jerk, and she needs to be reminded that she is there to serve the customers, not the other way around... ...she is very unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful. Perhaps she should find a job better suited for her demeanor, like maybe cleaning the bird boogers off the floors of a chicken coop, netting brown trout at a water treatment facility, or perhaps shoveling up the gravy at a pig farm...?!

Great inventory of used tires. They have pairs and sets of four with like new tread for cheap prices. Tons of other parts are available also. It's nice to have a parts yard still around in the Manchester area.

Needed a hatch for a Toyota 4Runner, concerned for rust, they assured me no rust. All the way down in NC I asked for assistance in shipping and they obliged. Great communication all the way through, updated me on a few dents to ensure I was still wanting the part. I'd do business with them again. Great people to work with.

DIRTBAGS. They short you on the weight, and then they short you on the unit price. Everyone knows what the market price for copper and aluminum is these days. They wait until you unload the pickup, weigh it all, and then give you 80 cents for copper - when the going rate is about $2.00 to $2.50 a pound [09-01-2024]. I had the time, i would have loaded back up and left. ZERO stars.

Told me he would pick up 2 vehicles. Never did never answers. Any calls never responds to any messages. I would not recommend him to anyone due to bad service. Won't even respond to any messages. As far as picking up, the vehicles now is costing me. A $200 feeto have the vehicle in the yard that I. Cleared out so he could get out of the ground. Overall, bad service.

Don't ever buy a vehicle here if they're trying to sell one. And good luck getting the guy at the front to politely direct you to any parts you need. I've been here twice. Both times, the guy replied to any questions with sarcastic and just plain rude answers. He also just sold a Nissan Titan, claiming that 4x4 worked.. even though HE KNEW the front CV shaft wasn't connected and that it needed a whole new front differential, ball joints, and wheel bearings. He's a liar, and he'll rip you off. DO NOT GO HERE.

Their website indicates that they pay you to come pick up your metal . They are falsely advertising they said they need money to pick it up when we kno they make money off the load smh.
