Address:519 W Main St, Grantsville, UT (Zipcode: 84029)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 18:00 pmStatus:OpenOur trip from WA to OK came to a quick pause when my husband decided to pull off of the highway to get a “better picture” of the reflection of the mountain on the lake. We quickly learned that salt sucks and crossed Utah off of our retirement list. Our F250 super duty has pulled dozens of people out of all situations but the couple who stopped to help us ended up leaving us with both passenger tires stuck vs the front passenger only being stuck from the beginning. It got dark- we were 3 hours behind schedule- and the law enforcement officer suggested WestSide. We were very thankful because the service time was quick, the gentleman who responded was so kind and knew exactly what his game plan was, and the pricing was very reasonable for an after hours situation. We immediately drove into town to spray out our undercarriage and the driver made super to follow us just to be safe. We hope we don’t ever deal with this again however if we do, we hope we have a tow near by like you guys!!!! Thanks again! And no- the picture wasn’t worth it😆

Address:580 N State St, Hurricane, UT (Zipcode: 84737)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThe help you get here is awesome, quick, and efficient. If you don't get to someone right away, be patient, and it will be worth the wait. Keep calling if need be, but usually, you will get an answer. Their prices are unbeatable, and if they don't have what you need, Makay will find it for you. If they had 10 stars to give, I'd definitely give them 10 out of 10.
Don was so helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I had the correct size for my tires and even wanted to make sure I could get it sooner! Very good customer service, was patient, and so kind to me.
After my car mechanically broke down (the axle attached to my wheel became disconnected), I needed to get it towed. A police officer helping prevent traffic from hitting my car offered to call a tow truck for me. The police deal with tow companies if they can come within fifteen minutes, and they use them on rotation on their call list. My insurance company was taking a long time and my car was by a major intersection. The company the police got to come was Stephenson’s Bowen Removal. I only needed my car towed three blocks but the tow truck driver said his boss said to charge us $160. That seemed like a very high cost, so my dad who had arrived—asked to speak to his boss. On the phone his boss said that with the police that is what is charged. The police officer confirmed that they have nothing to do with what the tow companies want to charge. After the boss was called out on that, he asked what we thought was a fair price. We said $100 even though that is still a lot for a three block tow. The boss agreed to the price and my car was towed off. I got a receipt for the tow and after leaving, noticed that on it the tow truck driver marked “wreck.” My car mechanically broke down and it was a simple tow. No property was damaged and no other vehicles were involved. Later I was working with my insurance to get reimbursed for the tow and (in addition to the tow receipt) they asked for a repair receipt and pictures before the accident and after. It didn’t make sense that all of this was needed for a simple tow reimbursement. Finally I was informed that the tow company said there was body damage and the front of my car was wrecked when the insurance company spoke to them. It was extremely frustrating that the tow company was repeatedly lying and making everything difficult. I am so glad that I had pictures of when my car broke down, because based off of all the lies this tow company was telling it would’ve been a nightmare with insurance. My insurance could see from the pictures that as stated just the axle got separated from my wheel. Good luck with this tow company who will lie to you and your insurance company. After calling the company and asking the boss why they were lying, the excuse for marking wreck on the tow receipt was “it’s standard procedure.” It’s their standard procedure to lie. This standard procedure is a huge disservice to the customer. Also, I’m so grateful that my dad was there because I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried taking more of an advantage of me with the high pricing if he wasn’t...as I am a young female and was very stressed when my car broke down.
Blake & Lynnele are top-notch. They’re fair, they’re honest, they’re personable. My first call for used/new parts is always UAW. They have quality parts, and when something is wrong they get it fixed the right way and are quick with it too.

I had to pull an engine for a project and the crew was VERY helpful setting the car in a good place to work, checking in during the removal, helped lifting the engine and loading it for me. TOP SHELF group! Would highly recommend to everyone.

Address:2403 S State St, Provo, UT (Zipcode: 84606)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI went there years ago for some parts for my car door! Good price, I had a good experience, and now looking to go back. But, it’s sad to see them go under. They have been closed since June 2024 saying they “are closed this week”… it’s now mid October 2024. :( I hope they reopen again soon.

Address:210 W 200 N, Cedar City, UT (Zipcode: 84720)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 20:00 pmStatus:OpenI had a very odd lug stud to replace that stripped from a wheel spacer I had. After getting the runaround from unnamed local "Parts Store Experts" I was sent here. [I know I know should've came here first] Laura helped me and found the stud no problem in a matter of minutes. I appreciate people who don't give up and do everything they can. Thanks Laura and your knowledge! From now on, I'll be coming here not OReally or AutoAlone ever again.

Address:1575 Beck St, Salt Lake City, UT (Zipcode: 84116)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedHad what could’ve been a sticky situation made so much easier and comfortable to navigate because of the awesome service and assistance provided by them. Especially by the online team. For starters, they had a part that wasn’t easy to locate without having to pay outrageous dealer markup prices and they processed and had the part to me out of state in Texas within a week. I could not have asked for faster service. They answered every time I called with questions before and after my purchase. Once the part arrived, there was an issue with mounting that they quickly helped me to resolve and overcome. The patience and attentiveness they paid to me and my struggle is second to none. My experience with them will forever be one of the best I’ve ever had as a customer and small business owner. Thank you Vriens Truck Parts!!

Address:615 W 1600 S, Springville, UT (Zipcode: 84663)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis specific junkyard has far better service than any other I’ve EVER been to. Like, most yards seem to offer negative help, like their employees make it more difficult on me due to their inadequacy, the Springville Pull N Save is so far in the OTHER direction. Helpful staff and fairly well organized. 10/10

Address:6980 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT (Zipcode: 84128)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThe site is well laid out. My only complaint is one row of cars that had two cars I wanted to look at and were still listed as present when in fact they were already gone. Other than that, I like that you can see what's in the inventory before you go. Living three hours away makes that very important to me.
