This place is terrible. I've always gone to big country, but had to try this place as big country's scale was down. Brought them open eye helix, which I normally get over $1/lb for. This place gave me $0.15/lb. Ripped off, stolen from and treated with complete disrespect while unloading. I will NEVER bring anything here again!

My dually truck broke down just a little outside of crane tx. I called unlimited wreckers after contacting several others who's prices were ridiculous to tow my truck from crane to big lake. Unlimited was very professional and courteous the driver showed up also kind and professional they loaded the truck with no issues and unloaded it at my place after my poor truck sat on the side of the road for a few days. Thank you so much for your service and professionalism will recommend to anyone!

I work for a auto shop and these guys are some of the most unfriendly, and most unprofessional people that I unfortunately have to deal with on a consistent basis. Will say they have parts then when you arrive they aren't there. People who answer the phones don't seem to have a in depth understanding of the parts they sell and often don't know what your asking for if you give them a correct technical term. Would leave 0 stars if I could

Unscrupulous management. They will tow your car from a parking lot in a heartbeat and charge you upwards of $300 for a less than 1 mile tow. Exploitative and unprofessional! The city should reconsider their contract as they abuse citizens and visitors. Not good for Galveston’s economy.

It may be true that they don’t pay as much as Jarvis, but they also don’t destroy your pickup bed using a tractor Trying to unload your materials. I would rather support this business than some of the other guys. One thing I really like about this place is that you can also buy scrap materials from them at a reasonable price. They have always been friendly and that matters more to me than the weight they pay per pound.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful, they didn’t have the piece I was looking for but gave me list of places where I could find it. Should have gone there in the first place, spent hours trying to find this piece with no luck. Great service!

Found what I needed but got robbed. $70 for a bracket that otherwise is junk. Wanted $50 for a plastic trim that I ordered from Ebay for $10 free shipping. Wouldn't use them unless I really need to. Maybe that's why they rob you.

They don’t like to answer the phone…the only people giving them good views gots to be their own people…he do like to play dumb..the yard is a mess… just poor service all around

Sold me a $2,850.00 engine that lasted 2 months before blowing a piston. When I contacted them to see what they could do for me OR if they can get me a deal on a replacement engine they ghosted me. No response. I’ve bought plenty of non-mechanical parts from them over the years and this was my first time buying a high dollar / mechanical part from them. Learn from my mistake and don’t buy an engine or transmission from these guys.
