Wish my rating could be a zero.I ordered 2 cylinder heads from Mike via fax/phone and email to make sure he got the order i even phone confirmed the order he said he had it no problem! This was on December 12/15/21 i waited a week to contact he told me it was shipping out 12/21/21 after waiting 20 minutes on hold. I called back on 12/27/21 9 a.m. he said he would check and call me back.12/28/21 called 3 times finally answers phone to magically tell me the cams were pitted and journals chewed up.I find this to be a lie since I was told it was coming off a "Good Motor"My advice to anyone needing a part go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great people reasonable prices and good with helping people the parts puller guys take there time to show you the trucks or whatever part you want off great environment not like other junk yards that are rude and don't take care of the customer

I do not recommend this place!! I was looking for a part and another used auto parts place sent me to them saying they had they part. The guy at the front desk told me they have it but it will take a while because the person who needed to pull the part was helping someone else. I said no problem and waited in my car until they were finished an hour later. I went inside to see what the progress was and was told they could not locate the car they were looking for and to give them a little bit. No problem I sat in my car another hour waiting. Went back inside they still hadn't found it. He took my phone number and said he would call me as soon as they locate the part. That was at around 1 when I finally left. Still never heard from them about the part. I stressed to him that I really needed it and had to drive to Liberty with the part. The least he could do was give me a call at end of day to tell me they no longer have the part. That place isn't big enough to not find the part in an entire day. Unfortunately I called every other used auto parts place in pasadena and baytown and they all kept saying call gold dust they have the part. By the way it wasn't a super tiny part that would be hard to find. I will never go back to that place for anything I'd rather spend $5,000 for something I could get there for $5 just to keep from spending my money there.

I have no experience with them, but when it comes to talking to female, there gonna get as much money out of you. I asked for a small simple door latch cable. $75. Carparts.com $14.99. Come on!

I give these guys 5 stars for sure. They were polite and had my part. They also gave me a discount. I called every yard within a 100 mile radius. My next move was to drive to Dallas, four hours away.

Not reliable place to order. It has been 3 weeks since I placed an order and paid $1100 in advance and item was was supposed to arrive in 2 days. After several visits and over 30 phone calls finally they told me that parts had arrived however, it was not the right parts and now I'm still waiting for the past 5 days with no words when will I receive the parts. Buyer be aware!!!
