Address:5301 S Second Ave, Dallas, TX (Zipcode: 75210)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI agree with rest of the people's complaints here. Their inventory is as accurate as a Stormtrooper's aim. I've looked up 6 Nissan Versas and none of them are in the lanes in their inventory. I did found 1 in a completely in a different lane but it was not any of the 6 Versas in the pictures. Then I tried again for S197 Ford Mustang, it's only 1/3 chance it's accutate. And same for a 1997 Nissan Hardbody that arrived in Nov 2024, it wasn't there during my search in December 2024. Don't waste your time here, look for other pick-n-pull for your sanity.

Address:5545 Goodwin Ln, New Braunfels, TX (Zipcode: 78130)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis place is awful. First off, it is NOT a pick-n-pull. You tell them what they want, and they can source it locally or from another of their yards. That's not a complaint, just be aware you can't see the parts yourself before they offer them to you. You also have to pay in full before they pull the part, but they do offer you a full refund if you refuse the part, which is nice. More on that later. I asked for a glove box for my Tahoe. The first one that arrived looked like it was in a fire. Rusted, the plastic was completely discolored, basically unusable despite their rating of "A". I refused it. They offered to get me another one, this time from Dallas, so I'd have to wait. I agreed, although they'd already wasted my time and gas so far. It took almost a week, and this next one looked like it had been dragged through a bunch of gravel. It was scratched up horribly on the outside. I was extremely pissed off by this place wasting my time and money at this point. What idiot selected these parts and thought "Oh, he'll love this part. Looks great."?! I demanded a refund. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for. It didn't take these morons that long to process my payment... After waiting for 3 weeks and nearly forgetting about it, I called them back to ask why the hell my refund hadn't been processed. They gave me the runaround until I was able to leave a message with their "accountant", and finally I received my full refund. What a mess. I will never come back here. I've been to plenty of LKQ pick-n-pull yards over the years, and this one (not a real pick-n-pull anyway) was the WORST experience I've had with this company. Avoid this place, go to an actual yard where you can see the parts you're paying for. EDIT: No, I will not contact you. You had many chances to make it right before my review. Now you can just live with it.

Address:350 Windy Hill Rd, Kyle, TX (Zipcode: 78640)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI've bought multiple parts from Dale @ Hi-Tech Auto. I needed small miscellaneous parts for the interior of my 05 Subaru Legacy. Recently I had someone run into my car and needed a front passenger side door. Dale was helpful and knowledgeable and had the part I needed. Not to mention he has the lowest prices I've seen, locally and online. He always takes care of me. His guys that pull the parts are careful and know what they're doing. I highly recommend going here if you need some parts. He has inventory of everything and can answer any question I have. I will always go back when I need a part and will recommend to anyone. Thanks Dale!! You're the man!

Address:7516 Shady Ln, Beaumont, TX (Zipcode: 77713)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis place is great! The website lists their inventory and prices. The vehicles are in numbered rows and each vehicle is tagged with year, make and model. Their pricing system is simple and very fair. If you are looking for something specific the helpful staff can give you a list telling you right where to look. I’ve been there a few times in the last few weeks, found what I needed and went away happy! The staff and manager Henry go above and beyond to help any way they can. If you need parts this place is the place to go!!!

Address:23328 FM1314, Porter, TX (Zipcode: 77365)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 18:00 pmStatus:OpenStore has changed a lot. Went recently to look for a car part and couldn't walk in the store to ask for it. There's a sign where it states you have to call center in order to just make an order. What's the main point of the front desk with employees??! No insides sales available? I find it pathetic. It's okay though, Amazon is able to fulfill my order and have it next day at my front door. I do not recommend XL Parts to anyone, no customer service at all.

Address:19205 Farm To Market Rd, Magnolia, TX (Zipcode: 77355)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:OpenNot open as sign and web site states. Over all some of the gentlemen that were working today was friendly. I will say their scale does not weigh properly all the time. I write down each time when 1st weigh to 2nd weigh. I even go back to my list of pervious times to match weight when empty. NOT ALWAYS THE SAME, when my vehicle weighs a certain amount as the label states 7,000 +lbs an they say its 4,000 don't think so buddy. BIG DIFFERENCE! There are good days with them and bad days. I always point out the difference in weight and correct them. Of course I'm a regular customer at times because I don't feel like going to navasota or pinehurst.

Address:9405 W Expy, Harlingen, TX (Zipcode: 78552)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedAs regular patrons who enjoy dining at Jake’s, we’d like to point out that, during our visit today, we encountered an issue that we feel needs addressing. We requested to have one of the seven TV screens to be tuned to the Texas game, but our request was denied. We were informed that all screens were dedicated to the Minnesota game. While we understand the importance of accommodating groups, we believe that a more balanced approach could enhance the experience for all guests. With seven screens available, it seems reasonable to allocate at least one to different games, especially when other patrons express interest. We hope you will consider this feedback and explore ways to better accommodate diverse viewing preferences in the future.
