They baited me with 40% discount for "All auto parts". Went into the yard and pulled a 200 lbs hybrid traction battery with lots of efforts and brought it to counter then they told me traction battery is not auto part and can't do 40% off. You know if you spent those efforts and time, you wouldn't give up. So I paid it with full price.

Today march 16th I went to South Dallas Pick n pull.Went pulled a hood and fender for my car row 74.Carried it all the way up to front. A female employee singeld me out standing I.n doorway like everyone else. I admit I said a not friendly thing . She said I could not buy the parts and stole a brand new never used de Walt drill and bits in bag as I walked away I didn't notice till after they were closed she had yanked my backpack as I walked away I think she hurt my neck I just kept walking because she was grabbing me so stay clear of there I'm thinking of getting a lawyer

Young lady at the front doesn’t know any manners or how to talk to clients. Learn how to be a better employee and learn basic manners. Based on the reviews it said bad customer service but still gave it a go, yet still bad.

The folks that work here are very nice. Two guys came up to me to offer help. They did not have the part I wanted but they told me it could come in so check back every dqyy.

Last week I got into a pretty gnarly car accident. 💥🚗I am vertically challenged and my #SUNVISOR does nothing for me #shortgirlproblems...Luckily no one was injured ...EXCEPT MY 07' #MERCURYMARINER HYBRID😭....Carlyle over at the Pick-n-Pull in #haltomcity was SOOOO HELPFUL in 🕵️‍♂️👀hunting down possible matches for the 🔧parts to fit my car⚙️ referred 📱📲 me to the location🗺️ in 📍#Dallas for a Condenser and a Valve cover!!! There was a pretty long line 🚶🚶‍♂️🚶🚶‍♂️👯‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶when we got there but it moved QUICK ⏱️⏱️ and the employees were ensuring everyone was wearing a 🎭 mask 😷 to enter 🚪 the building! Awesome experience !. Went for an AC compressor for a Crown Victoria interceptor which would have cost $300-380 at O'Reilly or AutoZone. Just bring your tools to take off parts it came out to $68 plus tax.
