    Store has changed a lot. Went recently to look for a car part and couldn't walk in the store to ask for it. There's a sign where it states you have to call center in order to just make an order. What's the main point of the front desk with employees??! No insides sales available? I find it pathetic. It's okay though, Amazon is able to fulfill my order and have it next day at my front door. I do not recommend XL Parts to anyone, no customer service at all.

    We bought a turbo for our truck, it is under warranty for a year. The first one the screws fell out of it, no yellow markings on it to show they torqued it. This second one the bearings inside of it are bad. Then the lady in Porter says that she won't sell me another one, like it's my fault.. first your not selling me anything, your warranty it.. but it's ok I will buy another one from a company that has no problem exchanging bad parts that are under warranty. Took my truck to a shop, and come to find out the gaskets are leaking on this turbo I got from them.

    snobby manager.seems like I'm interrupting her playing with her phone under the counter to assist me. or maybe just because I'm public, and not commercial.I really like their parts there. There more high quality than others.but who wants to be treated like you're a bothersome to them, and they wish you weren't there. I'll go with better customer service anytime. and from what I saw ,she seems to treat the ladies with total disrespect who come in.
