I absolutely love what Resource Central does, especially the Garden in a Box program. Yes, the plants are young and small (as mentioned by other reviewers) and yes, there may be plant substitutions, which you are made aware of ahead of time (pointed out by another reviewer) and yes, they will take a few seasons to establish (which is expected – the photos are of what the garden will look like when it matures). The plants are a steal based on what you pay for and the variation is hand-picked for you. Such a huge time saver! Last year, we purchased the largest Garden in a Box available to replace an entire side of our front yard. There were 50 plants and nearly all of them survived their first winter. We had to replace a few plants, but that's it! they are doing amazingly well and thriving. We purchased another smaller Garden in a Box this year for the front part of the other side of our front yard, and they are doing great as well (except for some rabbit and squirrel damage – we purchased some natural repellant which seems to be working). All in all, this organization is doing GREAT things and I tell everyone about it. I absolutely love the brochures they put together on the different plants, how to care for them, and what to expect. Also, the "color by number" charts on how to organize the plants is a huge help. Their customer service is attentive and super nice as well. Highly recommend!

Boy let me tell you how awesome this company and its employees are!!! My wife was driving her 2017 Cadillac XT5 down 47th Ave during 5 o'clock traffic and for odd reason the vehicle died on her. She calls me and I immediately rush there. I tried jumping it and it wasn't doing the trick. I then called Onstar and they sent a tow truck after charging me $140. Now after 2 hours passing by with me just sitting there with the cops I get a text stating my tow has been canceled due to the driver not being able to locate me, which I didn't provide a address because Onstar pinpointed my location through their system. Well they fat fingered the location and.put 46th Ave instead of 47th Ave not to mention I was still charged the $140 dollars for their screw-up (I will be disputing with my C.C.company) then I was going to have to pay $345 in addition to the $140 and I explained my frustrations with the driver Aaron and how I'm a sole provider of 5 that's been on unpaid sick leave from work for right at a year and paid $175,000 in medical bills within that time span and Aaron went above and beyond. He called the owner and the owner helped me out big time. This is the type of service that every business out there should be providing to its community. This is what we as a society have lost in the last 30-40 years. That's what's different and everybody can feel it. Everyone is out for themselves and there is no love other than from your immediate circle and a person is lucky if they have that anymore... My hat is off to you Aaron and the owner of All American Towing. I will forever talk highly of this company and its workers and I know a tin of people. I will forever send you referrals to show my appreciation and my wife is over THE Publisher of the Greeley magazine that everyone gets each month and I'm going to have her do something special for All American Towing. Matt went out of his way to take care of me and work with me as much he could when it came to selling my part. He was very kind, easy going, but most importantly did not have to help me the way he did but he did. and for that I respect you most. Personally it was a little difficult getting in contact at times with this location which is why I rate 4 stars, otherwise will say I'm very satisfied by the customer service. For someone who has worked nothing but customer service their life I was astonished by Matt. Will be back to LKQ, Thanks Matt!

Ordered a starter listed on car-part.com for $25.00 and it was set out for pickup. Went to pick it up and it was $53 and some change. I asked what happened and was told I needed the core which was $10.00. Well that would be $35.00 as we are a parts reseller (sales tax exempt on resale parts). So the part on car-part.com was truly listed and confirmed by phone at $25.00. They said it was $40.00 plus $10.00 core plus tax and would be $53 something. It was just awkward and I know the amount isn't that much but they wouldn't budge so I left it sitting on the counter anyway. Ordered a brand new starter from Kia for a bit more and gave it to our customer at the used price because that is was they agreed to in the quote. Just thought it wasn't very good for them as they just really didn't care much to even question the discrepancy.

They should just close this store already!Only employee working was sitting outside the door on the phone when I walked in. I literally had free rein of the entire store. After about 10 minutes and the other only customer walking out, I had to go back outside and ask your employee to please get off the phone and help me. Reluctantly they came in but didn't end their personal phone conversation.Shockingly Your employee then Couldn't find my online order, go figure I must have ruined their night by asking if they can please do their job and retrieve my online order. I ended up canceling the order right then and there and walking out. Absolutely worse freaking customer service ever.

Mike & Western Auto was a god send. When I purchased my Jeep J10, I needed a lot of different parts to get the Jeep looking as spiffy as I could for an event I was taking part in and was able to find a Wagoneer nearby. Mike sold parts to me extremely well priced and was quite friendly. I advertise and tell my friends & family if they need parts, don't go to LKQ or Upull, they charge you for even a bolt! Mike on the other hand will give you deals of a lifetime. For example 100 for a door with everything on it? Other places will charge you over 300 in the end. The Yard is small and they will pull parts for ye too, but they have items that others most likely will have damaged or will be gone. It's been a while, but I do plan on picking up some other parts for my other vehicles here soon. Thanks again Mike & Sean!

Highly recommend these guys for parts. Martin is a great guy. He's busy but he gets the job done for you. Very respectful and reliable place to go. I absolutey recommend this place I had my back window on my car repaired here and the service was very great. The workers are so very helpful and friendly. They did an amazing job replacing my back window. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the back seat of my car because it had leaves from my window being broken. They deserve 5 stars and a great review.

I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I don't know if the staff needs a vacation or time out but they were not happy people. It doesn't take much effort to smile or to say hello how can I help you. Put out because u don't know the routine and r asking questions. The prices were alot higher then I expected them to be. Some kindness, get up and go or go the extra mile for the customer could change the atmosphere of the place.

Called to inquire about a bumper after being rear ended and after being so shook up at the accident I didn’t need the person who picked up the phones attitude when I asked a genuine question. I asked if the bumper you had in stock was scratched or damaged and Dave stated “it’s 12 years old of course it not perfect” he then stated he wants $100 dollars for a bumper that’s scratched up. I understand it’s not new and I know what new would cost but the sassy remark really screamed “bad business” to me. Just a reminder to not call and inquire about parts if you’re having a tough day because Dave likes to laugh about those.

This place is an honest company with fair prices. Very pleased with their work.
