After contacting and scheduling a pickup time for MSJS to come and pick up our appliances, they came and picked up even more than we had requested, for a mere $45 (more than 90% cheaper than anyone else) for over 12 appliances an hour away from their business. Excellent experience, and if I ever need appliances taken care of again I will absolutely be using them

Working is MSJS Appliance & Scrap Metal was as easy as 1,2,3. I sent a text regarding my needs and I was provided a pick up window, and the cost was very reasonable.I appreciate the professionalism and ease of working with them, and would recommend to any one.

It' alright. Ladies in the office and weight station were nice however The guy working where you drop scrap metal is grumpy.

It took me a while to find a company that would pick up our scrape for a reasonable price. MSJS is the one that came to our rescue. They met our scheduale for removal and stayed in contact until they got it done. High recommendation!!

I googled free appliance pick up and looked at a number of companies. I chose MSJS because of its professional web site. This is no fly-by-night trash service but a highly efficient and reliable company. I needed a quick pickup the following morning. I entered info in the web site seeking a pickup but wondered if or when I'd hear back. Many sites leave an email contact form but never reply. I really needed to move a refrigerator quickly due to a house sale. I was looking at other sites as a backup company. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when MSJS replied within10 minutes to my email. They were booked for that morning and asked if 2:00 that afternoon would work.Yes, of course! It wasn't a 2-hour window as most do, but a specific time. I got a phone call later saying they were on their way. The fridge was picked up as promised and they made a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. This was a great experience. I have them in my phone contacts and will always go to them first. Highly recommended!!

MSJS was professional, timely and great! They picked up my appliances when they said they would. The staff was friendly and easy to schedule a pick up time with. I like that I could communicate with them through text and email. It made scheduling easier for me. I will most certainly use them for any future needs.

I would give a zero if possible. Was told they would pick up several appliances 9:30-11:30. At 11:45 I called and was then told 2:45-4:45. The driving kept texting, asking for all the information that I gave to the office the day before. Then text me saying to reschedule for another pick day. Both office staff and driver tried to make it my fault and took zero responsibility that they weren't communicating with each other. Wasted my entire morning waiting for them to arrive and then got an attitude for not showing up in the pick up window.

Second time I've worked with MSJS now. Both times have been a pleasure. Texts/email are responded to quickly. Pickup was scheduled within a couple days. Stuff's not sitting in front of my house any more. In my opinion, $25 is well worth it to not have to deal with it myself.
