Matt went out of his way to take care of me and work with me as much he could when it came to selling my part. He was very kind, easy going, but most importantly did not have to help me the way he did but he did. and for that I respect you most. Personally it was a little difficult getting in contact at times with this location which is why I rate 4 stars, otherwise will say I'm very satisfied by the customer service. For someone who has worked nothing but customer service their life I was astonished by Matt. Will be back to LKQ, Thanks Matt!

To be honest Keystone/LKQ one of the best automotive parts company I've dealt with in Colorado Springs CO. Very friendly staff from the sales rep Ryan who always helps find the right part and gives ETA's anytime I need them to the delivery guys Matt and Bryce who are always willing to help and go over the parts with me. Great customer service and most importantly I've always gotten the right parts I need on time every time.

Very helpful staff. After scouring other used car part places, these guys finally came through for us, and it was only a couple day's wait to get the part in. They helped us out last year too. So much cheaper than buying from a dealership! Highly recommend LKQ (who bought Keystone automotive, which google keeps pulling up. Ha!)
