Beware of buying any kind of parts/computers that will have to be programmed to the vehicle you’re working on, if the parts are bad you still get charged the programming fee and they WILL NOT help you with the failed programming cost even if it’s a bad part on their end. I spend hundreds of thousands at junkyards all over the US a year and they are the first company not willing to help. Never again.

These guys are quick an efficient, they had the parts like they said, confirmed with me multiple times to make sure they had it right, and they had the cutest dogs! Will definitely be back. These guys are the best.

Came up here for the first time. I usually use the Fredericksburg Scrap Yard which is a very good one. They have a pretty good setup in there everybody was easy to deal with. The pricing was very good. They were very helpful. They have a nice little system where you pull in with your truck or van. Overall happy and I will definitely use them again

Wonderful rates for the old compressors, cooper and other staff. I've got 150% more money than with a big company from the south of Richmond. Attentive and professional personal.

Since they have moved to the new location, things are better for customer service. The flow around the facility is better for getting things weighed and dropped off. The gentleman in the lot was helpful as well. Only need is to repair the very large holes and bumps in the yard that make a mess of the vehicles, especially when wet outside.

Called Thursday morning trying to order a part they have available and was suppose to receive a form via email to fill out so I can pay for the item. Called a couple more times Friday, and was told theyre sending the form, still no form by end of day. I called 4x today, which is Monday, each time I was transferred to the lady that is responsible for sending me the form was not there and went straight to voicemail. This shouldn't even be this difficult. Horrible service.

Been coming here for twenty years. Pricing is good, stock rotates often. The wheelbarrows are often in pretty bad state of repair (not a surprise considering the abuse) and could use replaced a bit more often. Sometimes the whole yard gets rearranged and sections change depending on location. Put the Mopar section in the far back of all yards. They chose to buy them, make them suffer.

Excellent service and prices. Most of the time always have parts in stock. Have been dealing with this business for years. My S430, S500 750Li and now my S550. Anything i need they have it. Oh and are total gentlemen, will carry my items out to my car for me.
