My vehicle broke down near Nogalas AZ. I called Valenzuela Towing. They responded right away and towed my truck to their shop. They also do mechanic work and were able to repair my broken drive shaft. They charged me a reasonable price for the towing and mechanic work. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and good people.

Absolutely best tow service I’ve ever received. Using AAA we were connected with LaForge towing. We were stuck on the side of the highway 68 miles from pats on and they had to tow our Tesla back to Scottsdale! Our driver Travis was awesome!!! Arrived very quickly and did a great job!! I dont have any contributions as far as their mechanic work but I will say that as a woman, who's car wouldn't start while alone driving out of state I was relieved it was just that battery and I appreciated that I wasn't taken advantage of and lied to for unnecessary repairs. Perhaps one of the absolutely best, and honest businesses in the valley. Employees are very friendly and helpful, everything is reasonably priced, with them even offering to sell waters and sodas to customers—being this is in Arizona, and I'm writing this in July, this is very important. With such a wide variety of vehicles, some modern, some classic, some lightly used, some heavily used, it's possible to find just about anything, and everything for what I was looking for. On eBay, what I needed would've cost me around $700, going to a shop—probably somewhere in the thousands. But I spent only $110 on high quality parts, bolts, screws, and cosmetics. God forbid, if I get into an accident, I might skip a shop, and just get what I can from these guys.

It is a good place for import vehicles in the East Valley. I am sure he would love to chat but the phone does not stop. They are busy. People are repairing cars more than ever. Probably could beat the pricing in South Phoenix but he speaks English and is closer.

My shifter was faulty on my car and he was instrumental in finding the correct replacement part for me, as well as explaining what the issue was and how the repair would resolve it. My car works perfectly now! Prices for parts and labor were amazing when compared to other shops I’ve been to, as well as research I’d done on average costs for this type of repair. You can tell that JR truly cares about his customers! I will be recommending American Auto Recycling to all of my friends and family!

Spent an hour pulling off exterior parts, just to be told they couldn’t sell them. Horrible attitudes and very unreasonable. I understand why this junkyard is the mess it is, disgusting.

The folks at the Advance Auto Parts here in Prescott Valley are always pleasant and helpful. Have also installed my wiper blades if there are enough employees for one to leave the store.
