Was traveling through out of state, and broke down in Petrified Forest National Park. They gave me an estimate of a little over an hour to get to me, but were there within 30 minutes it seemed like. Dropped me off at a motel (recommended me one also), diagnosed the issue and picked me up from the motel too. The issue ended up requiring the car being towed to a dealer, which they helped with, and even called the dealer to forward along the information to help speed up the process. Entire staff was helpful, understanding, and were all around nice people. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen, but if I break down again in the area, for sure calling Scotty & Son.Only complaint was felt a little expensive, but what do you expect for breaking down in a remote area. Gotta pay the bills somehow.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

My daughter and I had just arrived in town and ended up with a flat tire. They were able to get us in first thing in the morning and get the tire repaired (for a very reasonable price) and get us on the road to sight seeing.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Recommended by AAA's road service. They towed our vehicle from hotel in town to their location at 9pm. They serviced it first thing in morning and we were back on the road by hotel checkout time. These people charged me by the hour to change a semi truck tire and de not accomplish the job. The only thing they successfully accomplished was take lu nuts off and put them back on. Had to go to a different tire store to get the tire mounted. And they still charged me $100 for a job they didn't complete.

Waited 3.5 hours for a flat tire repair. Mechanic couldn't dislodge my spare. Apparently your mechanics don't carry WD40. He told me he could get me a tow to the state line, as the nearest tire shop was in Gallup, NM. While I was calling AAA back to confirm, he had a bystander sign for me and left me stranded on the road. And he wasn't wearing a mask. I understand not wearing one while under my truck, but don't get within 6 feet of me without a mask during a pandemic. Because of his lack of ability to use WD40, I ended up having to be towed 60 miles away from my destination. Because of your ridiculous response time, I had to get towed to a closed tire shop and get a hotel room. AAA should really reconsider using this company if this is the service offered.

I cannot even begin to say how wonderful these guys are. They came and got our truck and came in on 4th of July weekend to fix it just for us. Wow!! they were awesome. We got stranded on the highway and immediately they came and picked us up and then found out we needed a alternator and we had a hose that was leaking antifreeze too. They fix that problem too in record time. Thank God for them. We were traveling and they were a God sent. Excellent service and awesome customer service from everyone.Service: Special vehicle towing
