He was very kind and quick, also very impressed with the safety measures that they take to not only keep themselves safe, but the customers as well. Excellent selection of vehicles. And surprisingly friendly staff. The layout is well done and easy to navigate. I found my parts quick and the price was very reasonable.

I often go to Dionosio iron and metal to sell copper, brass, aluminum and other metals. I'm a junker -i was planning on having about 60$ this trip. I'm a girl and so I guess because I'm a girl...they gave me lower prices than clean copper #1 they paid me 10¢ a pound for everything I took. Then when he went to the back and came back up front...I said if it weighs zero I am taking it back. He has the scale rigged up. I don't understand...he isn't paying me out of his pocket. He cheated me even though he has seen me there a million times. What a POS. I will never go to a Dionosio again. This place really went down hill since last year, this was a new level of low though. I left with 13$. What a disappointment

I have been a loyal customer of H&H for many years and purchased many parts during this time. Unfortunately, a recent purchase and interaction with no resolution has led me to this review. I am unsure what has changed but the management team no longer values long-term relationships and prioritizes a small profit over customer satisfaction and future business. If you look at all my Google reviews you will see I do not take leaving a 1-star lightly and rarely do this as I know how hard it is to run a small business. However, I feel it is important for those considering H&H to understand that if an issue arises there will be little to no help anymore and you will be stuck with a defective part and a poor attitude from the staff and management.

I found a truck on Facebook with the transmission I needed for another truck, he wanted to sell the truck as a whole and i think that was a wise choice of him I contacted him, to be fair we did some negotiating just from a few minor issues But he was very fair and understanding so much so with our situation. For the first time visiting he treated me like a friend, on top of that he offered to get the minor things I didn’t like about the truck on other parts from his part outs. His yard is packed with really quality vehicles truly I will continue from here on out use his services. He has complete vehicles that are really well kept in his yard, and handled with care but we all know things happen but he stands by his word, and took care of everything. Highly recommend. Will visit soon again.

This is the only place in Colorado that I have been able to find that actually listens to my concerns. They listened to my concerns and went over all the issues going on with my car. They fixed it all for me and wasn't too expensive . I highly recommend going here if you want high quality work done and not too expensive.

I needed a hybrid battery pack for my Escape and located one at a competitor in GJ. Drove two hours to buy it and they were closed during posted open hours. No calls answered. Called Whitewater and they had one! They let me take it apart and sent a guy out with the forklift to help me get it to my truck. And the best part, it cost me just a bit more than half the other outfit’s quoted price. Back on the road. Thanks!

I was looking for a part for an older car, and not having much luck. Either places were low on inventory, or the reps didn't seem to care. I had an excellent customer experience working with Melissa, who researched different supply yards and kept in contact with me until she found what I needed. The price was reasonable. A positive customer experience all around.

Have had my car from them for a little over a year now and its still doing great! Wonderful customer service as well.

My cousin recommended using here to sell our car and the process went very smoothly. I'm always cautious about anything due to scams but these guys were kind, understanding, and efficient. We got a good price for our old car which made the feeling of saying goodbye to it better.

Tremendous place for old Toyotas. Met the new owner Timber and he was super friendly. Showed us around and pulled some parts for us. This place is a Mecca for Toyota owners. We will be back!

A five star experience from an out of stater! I hope this comment goes straight to corporate, and helps both the abq store manager and the Colorado Springs store manager. I had way too much difficulty getting ahold of John in Colorado thanks to Quentin, (Quentin) was way overboard difficult in getting in touch with John for a quote over the phone. I tried calling that location multiple times with no luck. I had reached out to Matt, who is the store manager here in abq, Matt took real good care of me and gave my information to the store manager at Colorado Springs. John had contacted me about a vehicle I wanted from the lot, sent me multiple detailed pics, picked it out of the yard, saved if for me, and I had picked it up. John was beyond professional, had helped me place the hood on the parts car, had his employee pick the front end up on vehicle to place tires on it, and set it up on my trailer. A good shoutout to the forklift worker as well. A beyond and above to sell me the parts vehicle and help me load it on my trailer. I’ve been a upap customer for at least 15 years here in abq, being a new customer ish to Colorado Springs, would highly recommend them as well. Thankyou John and your fork lift worker!

When I got to the office of Basin Towing I was pretty shocked how run down and dirty the office and property was. The fence was in bad condition, the office really needed a good deep cleaning, and there were two cats that were kept in the office that I believe live there.On the other hand, I was very happy because I didn’t have quite enough money to get my car out of the tow yard but they worked with me on what I had and I was very grateful for that. Also, I had misplaced my License at the time and I just had a photo of it on my phone and that wasn’t an issue.
