Went online and filled out their form. Gave as truthful information as possible, including that the vehicle doesn't run, and where any damage may be. The vehicle was complete but non operational with a clean title and keys. They sent me an offer of around $350. The company never called to shchedule pickup so I called them. When the driver came to pick it up, he decided to only give me $250 as there weren't enough premium parts... although I ultimately accepted the offer I feel like they should not have made an offer before coming if they are going to renegotiate.

The entire experience was a mixed bag. Submitting a review at the request of Bernardo - he, the rep following, and the receptionist at the Colorado yard were incredibly helpful, and in the latter case, cognizant of my concerns and frustrations with the process and people involved. Their titling department however, and general policies and procedures to assist with selling vehicles is lackluster and bordering on rude given their capabilities in the insurance industry. They frequently misunderstood my requests, concerns, and refused any possibility of handling titling through standard documentation given both my availability and their own oft-repeated concerns about fraud with their tow drivers. Nonetheless, the entire process took about 5 days from starting the process with Bernardo, to the tow driver picking up the vehicle. While I've yet to receive my check due to my availability, I should ostensibly receive the check in the coming days. I can also similarly confirm that they outperformed a local competitor by about $300. Again, mixed bag, but a generally efficient process if nothing else.

Editing my previously 5* glowing review. I was contacted today by CoPart stating they needed additional paperwork because the car I sold has a salvage title, which I dislosed to everyone along the process who asked. Not sure how this was missed and is now my problem. I'm not happy about having to take time to go to the library, print out a form, take more time to mail the form at my own cost. Cannot believe they came so highly recommended when they're so unorganized. So much for a smooth, easy process.
