Great pricing and help in the yard, the 3 stars is only for the non-ferrous scale; there is a language/communication barrier and I always leave confused but they put it in the computer right and know what they're doing

Well I needed a rush part literally the last thing I was waiting on to get my car back together. Bought from their eBay store because they were localish grants pass to Portland… placed the order on the 10th ( it said it would be delivered 15-18th) they didn’t even drop the part off in the mail until the 14-15th… fast forward to the 19th the part is now in Colorado and I’m still waiting. Prob a great place to order parts if you don’t care when they show up. My experience has been very unprofessional ( can’t even cancel late order because atleast their eBay store doesn’t accept returns ). To give perspective Portland and grants pass are a 4.5 hour drive. And I have been waiting 9 days for a part they “ had in stock”. Fingers crossed in get the part in the next 5 days . Don’t get me wrong I get shopping difficulties come up …. But they took 4-5 days to even drop the part off in the mail.

Great friends and family oriented tow company that’s helped twice in a month - arrived less then an hr both times.

Larry was very helpful and supplied me some universal parts from VWs that I used on my 1958 BMW Isetta. A $6 throttle cable because a real repro is $60, a bus steering damper - which replaced original perfectly, and a brake light switch for only $10.50. Without these items I might have missed showing at the Medford Cruise 2021.

Great service from the nice lady in the office who answered the phone to the man that helped me in the yard. The price for the water tank was extremely reasonable. Who would have thought you would get first class service from a salvage company.

Update 1/20/25 $5 to go into the yard be prepared with proper shoes and five bucks or you won't get in. Danielle is still awesome. Always smiling and very good customer service. The other staff is equally trained. I'd highly recommend the guys and gals down at the Eugene location because they are very good at what they do. Thanks Danielle!! Don't believe the 5 star reviews. I'm sure they're curated. VERY shady! Friend sold car to them for way under what was worth first of all. Then months later, friend was contacted by authorities and told the title never changed, and was still in their name and they needed to pay a hefty fee to get it-- eek! Buyer beware.

Very helpful & friendly staff. This is probably the most seamless experience we have ever had with shredding of documents. We brought in a compact suv FULL of documents for shredding. The staff were efficient and helpful. Not bad at all for $84!

I returned hoping to browse for a few small parts I needed. Was shutdown pretty quick by a dude that looks like he'd prefer to be called ma'am. He informed me it's no longer a you pull establishment, despite it's namesake. I was rather gobsmacked

First time I've been there. Friendly clerks, the technician came out so I could explain what I needed. He build the cable I need on the spot. I was so thrilled not to have to wait I tried to tip him but he refused and said that's why they pay him. For a custom cable I needed the price seemed reasonable.
