They never answer their phone, the one time I got someone on the line the guy agreed to meet me to check out my car and then totally ghosted. I tried calling multiple times over the following month to follow up or see what happened, left multiple voicemails and still never heard back. Idk if they are busy this time of year or what’s goin on but if you’re tryin to sell your junk car to them then I wish you luck haha

Don't believe the 5 star reviews. I'm sure they're curated. VERY shady! Friend sold car to them for way under what was worth first of all. Then months later, friend was contacted by authorities and told the title never changed, and was still in their name and they needed to pay a hefty fee to get it-- eek! Buyer beware.

5 stars. They answered the first time I called, qoated me more than the other places I had talked to and were out to pick up the car with in an hour and paid cash the same amount they quoted me with no hassle or questions. Paid me and said the tow truck would be by shortly but 3 hours later nobody had showed so I called back and they apologized and had someone here within 10 minutes to pick it up. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend them.
