Then months later, friend was contacted by authorities and told the title never changed, and was still in their name and they needed to pay a hefty fee to get it-- eek! Buyer beware.

They answered the first time I called, qoated me more than the other places I had talked to and were out to pick up the car with in an hour and paid cash the same amount they quoted me with no hassle or questions. Paid me and said the tow truck would be by shortly but 3 hours later nobody had showed so I called back and they apologized and had someone here within 10 minutes to pick it up. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend them.

We had a time scheduled for them to come get our old van, and we had made arrangements to get all the other vehicles out of the way. The time came and went. We called them and they said they'd contact the driver. Four more calls later and still no word. Now it's six and a half hours later with no word. Not impressed! Were we fooled by the nice reviews or they just changed their minds?

i had a really unfortunate experience here. there was not a ton of transparency in my quote and i learned this company has a very obtuse definition of the term “ball park”. in addition to not getting the full rate they claimed, they also took close to two hours to tow the car after i had sold the vehicle. i’d use caution using this company and make sure to ask as many clarifying questions as possible, as they won’t be upfront with you unless you ask. very sleazy. the person who came to tow my vehicle was BEYOND unprofessional. i’d recommend finding a company with some integrity and honesty to handle selling your car. they’re only interested in making more money from new car parts. incredibly sketchy.

This company stole my vehicle. My mom got into an accident and we decided to sell the car for cash. I contacted this company immediately and they told that they will pick up the car in 3 hours. After I provided all information about vehicle location they stopped responding. I do not recommend them to anyone, it’s a scam.

Had a terrible experience with this outfit, extremely unprofessional. I called the morning of Sat 11/6 to get rid of my car for scrap that was totaled in a fire, was told a driver would contact me soon. Didn't happen, not a big deal, things happen and people get busy. I called again that evening, was told a driver would contact me for pickup Sunday morning. That didn't happen. I messaged and called Sunday afternoon and was told a driver would contact me IMMEDIATELY to pick it up. That also didn't happen. I decided to give them one last shot, called them back Monday evening and they were very apologetic, and scheduled a pickup at 7 pm Weds 11/10. I called at 6:30 pm on 11/10 to confirm pick-up was going to happen, and guess what? No answer. No driver showed up that night. They wasted my time and did not follow through on FOUR occasions. I ended up using a different outfit who came within a few hours of my call. I would not recommend Cash 4 Cars Today if you value your time and working with companies that actually follow through on what they tell you they will do.
