Well I needed a rush part literally the last thing I was waiting on to get my car back together. Bought from their eBay store because they were localish grants pass to Portland… placed the order on the 10th ( it said it would be delivered 15-18th) they didn’t even drop the part off in the mail until the 14-15th… fast forward to the 19th the part is now in Colorado and I’m still waiting. Prob a great place to order parts if you don’t care when they show up. My experience has been very unprofessional ( can’t even cancel late order because atleast their eBay store doesn’t accept returns ). To give perspective Portland and grants pass are a 4.5 hour drive. And I have been waiting 9 days for a part they “ had in stock”. Fingers crossed in get the part in the next 5 days . Don’t get me wrong I get shopping difficulties come up …. But they took 4-5 days to even drop the part off in the mail.

Ordered engine bay wiring harness from these guys, (212 dollars)and was my fault it needed to be engine wiring harness not engine bay harness(165 dollars). Sent back engine bay harness priority (26 dollars) to get right harness on the way, and was given the run around for a full week with no tracking on right harness coming back to me. Finally got response that he had tried to send body harness so wrong part again. Car has been down for 2 ¹/2 weeks now because of terrible communication skills. Luckily they are refunding me but , only the 212 I originally paid. He also said he would send it by then end of the day. Well I waited tell midnight and finally had to send request for refund and remind him the next day. Max Jordan that runs their mazda page and parts on Instagram is who I delt with.
