If you are a tanker from Oakley and you're trying to get loaded please pull into the right. With your hazards on. Stop at the scale. This will allow the scale Master to take your weight. Then continue around the building very slowly with your hazards on and you will see a awning on your left. That is the scale house he will have your empty ticket. Repeat this process to get your loaded weight

Despite the look of a rundown facility. They are actually equipped organized organization. Many of the staff they were friendly. But whatever you do don't make them angry. Great place to go to get rid of scrap.

Went to go a part for a car. I asked the man at the counter if the part works and he replied he didn't know. So I asked well how can I buy a part if you are unsure if it works. He told me that's a risk I would have to take and no refunds.. Poor customer service Rude and disrespectful.

If you call for parts, you will be forwarded to the Suffolk location, but they won't tell you. When you show for your part, they'll tell you at Portsmouth that you have to got to Suffolk.

This Napa store is one of the best auto parts in the area, if they dont have it they can get it. And there's one parts man I love dealing with. I love to give his name but I didnt ask him first. But I think you will know once you are dealing with him.

I think this place has when down hill. They sold us a Transmission that they swore was in good shape and told us that the van that it came from had been wrecked and wasn't drivable but the Transmission was working great in it. Well we installed the Transmission just to find out that it has no first gear, shifts hard and throws codes. Called about it and Mr. Ward was rude and disrespectful as well as changed his story saying he had drove the van it came out of and we did something to it.... Very Disappointed

I am very happy with the service. The man was very nice and patient with me seemings how this was my first time scrapping a car. I even walked away with more cash than I thought. Awesome experience and I recommend them highly should a tree fall and total ur car.

Big time scammers. I believe they are Capable of doing quality work but whether or not they choose to do that depends on who you are. Always want you to leave your car with them for days and will dismiss you even when you acknowledge the car is still having the same problem when you're about to drive off the lot. Some people seem to have had a good experience with them, but recently I did not. Got me for over $3,000 and my car completely broke down less than a month later, worse than before.
