The owner of D&M Is a very honest kindhearted man…. He has many years of experience with dealing with the public and he’s very professional and running a business that he has had for over 30 years…. Naturally, you cannot please everybody but the staff and the owner at D&M Parts try. They do their best to put up with a lot of stuff that people do not understand when you deal with the public. But this is a great place to come great and very fair dealings….. There’s been some bad fade and there has been some untruth told on this company but as a personal friend And someone that knows these people for many many years I will tell you the truth…. And I can tell you that these people are the best you will ever find… Again, we’re dealing with the public. We’re dealing with individuals and not everyone sees Ida of course….. But I will give this a five star rating any day of my life, and there are a lot of others that feel the same way how can a business stay after all these years after all the hardships DM and the owners have went through. There’s been a lot of loss and a lot of letdown, but they are still up and running and they do it by the grace of God. Watch out when you come against One of God‘s people….. This place has been run by the owners from the very beginning, putting God first , With prayer every morning…. *****

These guys are awesome! Came in for a center console and they took care of me. Had to wait a bit as they were very busy, but I was in and out with what I needed at a very reasonable price. I ended up coming back on two separate occasions to pick up a forgotten/missing part from the console assembly and they were very supportive, and had me in and out with the missing parts. These are great and knowledgeable people, would highly recommend for your used auto parts!

Don't waste your time going through the stress of new companies saying they pay 5cents more just to try & get me it's a lie they actually tried to under weigh me.. That was their biggest Mistake. If you call for parts, you will be forwarded to the Suffolk location, but they won't tell you. When you show for your part, they'll tell you at Portsmouth that you have to got to Suffolk.

This Napa store is one of the best auto parts in the area, if they dont have it they can get it. And there's one parts man I love dealing with. I love to give his name but I didnt ask him first. But I think you will know once you are dealing with him.
