Called ahead for a inspection was told first come , can understand that. Get there 20 minutes later one vehicle in the bay, no one working. Went to sign in , was told 3hr wait. Absolutely unprofessional.

We started going here for our inspections years ago because they do not try to make stuff up in order to guzzle money from you. Years ago my wife and I took our vehicle to another place to have it checked it out and we watched how no one there oil change, inspection, tire repair, left without something further wrong with their vehicles it’s 3-4 customers with a problem. They worked you up in the most dishonest way but Dupree’s isn’t like that this far I have found them honest and respectful. If I can I normally do my own work but if I cannot fix an issue I might be paying them a visit,

Very bad customer service told me my tail was not burning and they was burning perfect also I waited in the heat for hours and still didn’t get the inspection done so I took my vehicle else where terrible never go back there and very slow service.

I broke down on I-95 near Emporia Virginia...alternator quit working. I called AAA and Oberry's tow truck showed up. I had searched online for a garage and read reviews for Dupree's garage. Reviews were all good so I told the tow truck to take me there. In response the driver said they weren't aaa approved and that they weren't very good. He was going to take me to their garage (Oberry's garage) where they would give me excellent service at a fair price. BIG MISTAKE!!! First off they wanted $89.00 just to look at it even though I already knew that the problem was a bad alternator. Next came the cost of repairs....$1465.00!! You've got to be kidding me! If I wanted to leave the car there it would be $40/day storage. I had the battery charged and drove the car to Dupree's garage. They had the car fixed by the next day. Total cost was $119 for an alternator and $150 for installation. I can't say enough good about Dupree's. I was 700 miles from home and they came through in a big way for me. If you break down near Emporia Va insist they take you to Dupree's and stay away from Oberry's.
