I am very happy with the service. The man was very nice and patient with me seemings how this was my first time scrapping a car. I even walked away with more cash than I thought. Awesome experience and I recommend them highly should a tree fall and total ur car.

Great place to sell scrap metal!!!! Very helpful employees, they were nice and respectful!!! Made more money selling them scrap then in Bristol TN or Kingsport TN!!! I would recommend them for all your scrap selling!!! Very good prices!!! Definitely will sell to them again!!!

These guys aren't particularly retail friendly. They generally have an annoyed-with-you tone when you don't know what to do or where to go, but if you're patient they'll tolerate you and in the end they get the scrap metal and you get the money, and isn't that all you wanted anyway?

Took some scrap metal over there. On the yard was treated rudely and disrespect. When I went n I went up to the desk to tell the man behind the counter I had brought some metal . He said to wait my turn and stop crowing the man who was beside me. I didn’t realize someone was waiting and apologized. But they are totally rude . And I’ll take anything elsewhere from now on

I just called Berry's and asked for them to wait for 5 minutes so a friend could sale the stuff I have so I could buy kerosene. That's the only source of heat they have, he refused to. When a business owner posts their hours of operation and then doesn't even stay open that long or refuses to take any items before their closing time, it is very unprofessional. I hope that the owner of this facility stays warm tonight while my friends will be freezing. Would not recommend this place to an!!!!!

For scrap metal to aluminum cans, if you need to drop it off and get a small monetary reward, this is the place. The staff are very professional and great to just talk with while you wait.
