Address:27 Williamsburg County Hwy, Kingstree, SC (Zipcode: 29556)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:30 am to 21:00 pmStatus:Opengot headlight bulbs , the gentleman put them in for me, I didn't catch his name but amazing service!!
Excellent service all the way around!! This is the only place where I'll take my car to get worked on from now on! I hit two deer in less than two months apart from each other! Mr. Garret was able to get my car fixed with such good timing both times! It would have taken the other body shops months and months to fix! He certainly knows his stuff when it comes to cars, and he doesn't overcharge or take advantage of you! He's honest, genuine, courteous, friendly, and most importantly affordable! š

Address:1300 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC (Zipcode: 29605)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedAbsolutely terrible service, I brought my HOMESCHOOLED sixteen year old son and since he's homeschooled he isn't going to have a school ID. I was refused service by an incredibly rude worker with piercings all over her face. Getting refused service is one thing but having a terrible attitude is another. I guess you can't expect everyone to be a good talker. She should not be around customers. Absolutely unacceptable attitude.

I called bc I need 2 relays and the lady said I doubt you're going to find them here because we're about to crush everything. She was nice it wasn't that. I guess their business changed
Truly the most frustrating experience. Copart picked up my vehicle from a mechanic shop without notifying me, without collecting my title, and without paying me. I was then told I had to drive to Gaston to deliver the title if I wanted to be paid. Not quite the "quick and easy" solution they market. The only person worth thanking is Robin(?) at dispatch, who acknowledged that someone made a big mistake and eventually sent someone out to me to rectify the situation. In total, I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone trying to get this situation handled. My time and patience is more valuable than the $350 given to me for my vehicle. That being said, this whole ordeal could've been avoided if the woman initially coordinating pickup actually listened to me, recorded notes appropriately, or took any ownership of her mistakes. If you want more accurate reviews of this company, google "Copart - Columbia" rather than "Cars for Cash - Columbia".
I went to a major national store and the guy there recommended parts warehouse to me. I said over 100 bucks on one part alone the centerline carrier bearing everybody had it for about $180 they had it for less than $50. If you didnāt know about them, you do now you gotta get priced from them before you make your next repair.

Address:3715 Mabry St, Anderson, SC (Zipcode: 29624)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedCalled on a Friday to see if they would buy my truck. I told them all that was wrong with it and they quoted me $550. I even repeated the amount back and they agreed. Came to pick it up, loaded it and then wanted to only give me $150 and refused to honor what I was quoted. Immediately had then drop it off the truck and got a better offer elsewhere.

Address:13054 E Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer, SC (Zipcode: 29651)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedAngelica was amazing! Great service! I thought selling my scrap donor car was going to be a long a dreadful process, but it was quick and easy. She got me my check in less than 5 minutes! Only issue I had was the tow truck driver gave me a window for pick up and then didnāt call me when he was enroute like he said he would. Usually wouldnāt be a problem but the vehicle was remote from me and I had to drive there to give him a key. A little heads up would have been appreciated.

Address:309 Berk Ginn Rd, Hemingway, SC (Zipcode: 29554)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 05:30 pmStatus:ClosedMy husband called to check for a part and price. He was told they had it. I drove 36 miles to get it. They had me wait for them to look for it when I got there. Then, I was told the part they had was broken. I only came this far because I called around looking for the part and this shop CLAIMED they had a useable part. Didnāt even have a hint of remorse for the slackness on their part. WASTE OF TIME AND GAS! DONāT SHOP HERE!

Address:443 E Liberty St, Sumter, SC (Zipcode: 29153)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWorst online buying experience in 2021. First negative google review I ever left.Sold us fuel lines, MSRP is about $171, so not cheap lines. Paid about $90. there is a non serviceable O-ring in the line, which was damaged and caused a leak. Asked to return the item 72 hours after arrival due to it leaking.Wanted us to pay return shipping and take 20% as a restocking fee on the defective item. They just could not believe that their fuel lines were leaking. These o-rings are know to be problematic, so it should not have been hard to believe that they were acting up. I explained how itās a known issue, didnāt matter. They kept saying the leak was from the o-rings on my throttle body, however, the leak was manifesting itself at the higher gas tank fitting o-ring, so they were clearly confused. It was clearly from the tank fitting as liquid runs downhill with gravity.Very disappointing to see how tight people hold their money when they have an upper hand in a transaction. If you buy from them, use a party such as eBay to assure eBay can force their hand to do what is right. But better just to find another vendor.

Address:1922 Nazareth Church Rd, Spartanburg, SC (Zipcode: 29301)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWe have been in business with Copart for more than twenty years. Pick up of the Heavy Equipment (RV's, trailers, Buses) is a nightmare at most of locations. We have been surprised how easy and fast was to pick up RV. Jeff is the best. He drove out of the yard all of the units for the customers including our RV. Thank you for your service.
