1st of all they have sighn up saying no refunds no return but the lady that gave me my part said long as I have my receipt I could get my money back so when I brought it back I was told no refunds so he took the bad part that they gave me in replace it with another bad part two times instead of refund keep re giving a bad part smh in the price they charge me I can get another rebuild brand new one for same price they charge me with that's my last time going there a few people I know experience the same thing they need to start refunding people there earn $ back instead replace something that doesn't work

Excellent service all the way around!! This is the only place where I'll take my car to get worked on from now on! I hit two deer in less than two months apart from each other! Mr. Garret was able to get my car fixed with such good timing both times! It would have taken the other body shops months and months to fix! He certainly knows his stuff when it comes to cars, and he doesn't overcharge or take advantage of you! He's honest, genuine, courteous, friendly, and most importantly affordable! 😊

Towed my car there to be fixed. He towed my car back to me in worse shape than he received it. I paid for parts and the work was NEVER done. My car came back to me with a dead battery that wasnt even my battery. After getting a new battery the car was running loud. I got a new mechanic to look at it and he stated the catalytic converter had been cut out!

I went for a tire & rim found one in great shape was able to get all lug nuts off but one went to ask if someone could help the lady behind the desk said no one could help because they were short staffed but I counted literally 8 staff members behind the counters 2 who were actually working checking guys out other 6 just standing there talking laughing. I walked back out to the lot and walked passed another customer & asked if he could help & said yes immediately he got the lug nut off in 30 secs (he had a better tool than I did) I tipped him $10 & he was extremely grateful. I’m only giving 3 stars because I did leave what I was looking for at a reasonable price & they have great customers who come looking & will offer a helping hand if needed.

You treat them right and they will do the same in return. If you want to get ugly and rude? They can or will to. Just that simple

Great experience with the process. Just getting rid of a junker, they gave me more $ than the competition and Saul was helpful with the process, it was easy peasy!

Very nice people. I got 2 used tires from them and two days later one came off the rim. They came and picked me up and my car and put 2 matching tires on all free of charge!!! Thank you so much parts warehouse !!! Y’all are awesome

Hello, upstate South Carolina! My Memorial Day weekend was pretty darn great.... 50% off parts and free hotdogs! We went to the LKQ in Greer, South Carolina, on Friday and Monday(today) for their 50% off Memorial Day Sale Event. Good food, service, and deals! Me, Lynda, and Dorian wore this place out! My husband called to check for a part and price. He was told they had it. I drove 36 miles to get it. They had me wait for them to look for it when I got there. Then, I was told the part they had was broken. I only came this far because I called around looking for the part and this shop CLAIMED they had a useable part. Didn’t even have a hint of remorse for the slackness on their part. WASTE OF TIME AND GAS! DON’T SHOP HERE!

They will pull your part for you and they are very fast professional neat personable… i literally could go on and on… i suggest you shop there for all of your pull apart needs :-)

Do not go here ! I mean do not waste your time this is not a friendly place for people of color. The receptionist & the owner were very disrespectful arguing with the customer. I promise you will never receive our business again . Disgusting people should be treated with respect when you enter a business !! You will not succeed your business will fail with that attitude .

Worst online buying experience in 2021. First negative google review I ever left.Sold us fuel lines, MSRP is about $171, so not cheap lines. Paid about $90. there is a non serviceable O-ring in the line, which was damaged and caused a leak. Asked to return the item 72 hours after arrival due to it leaking.Wanted us to pay return shipping and take 20% as a restocking fee on the defective item. They just could not believe that their fuel lines were leaking. These o-rings are know to be problematic, so it should not have been hard to believe that they were acting up. I explained how it’s a known issue, didn’t matter.They kept saying the leak was from the o-rings on my throttle body, however, the leak was manifesting itself at the higher gas tank fitting o-ring, so they were clearly confused. It was clearly from the tank fitting as liquid runs downhill with gravity.Very disappointing to see how tight people hold their money when they have an upper hand in a transaction. If you buy from them, use a party such as eBay to assure eBay can force their hand to do what is right. But better just to find another vendor.

After a minor fender bender, my car remained fully operational. However, my insurance company, American Family Connect, insisted that I release the vehicle to Copart for assessment, threatening to withhold my claim payout otherwise. Trusting that my car was in good condition, I agreed and planned to repurchase it as a salvage vehicle. Upon receiving the car back from Copart, I was shocked to find it completely non-operational. Despite replacing the battery, the vehicle wouldn't start and displayed multiple diagnostic codes, including camshaft-related errors. The car, which was once in excellent condition, now resembled a pile of scrap metal. When I contacted Copart, they advised me to file a claim, stating that the process would take three weeks. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel let down by both Copart and American Family Connect for their mishandling of my vehicle. Their actions have resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss. I definitely advise everyone not to deal with these unprofessional people. Their rough and unprofessional towing caused my engine to be damaged. However i am waiting for the result of my claim, and hopefully, I will come back to this review and tell you the good news
