1st of all they have sighn up saying no refunds no return but the lady that gave me my part said long as I have my receipt I could get my money back so when I brought it back I was told no refunds so he took the bad part that they gave me in replace it with another bad part two times instead of refund keep re giving a bad part smh in the price they charge me I can get another rebuild brand new one for same price they charge me with that's my last time going there a few people I know experience the same thing they need to start refunding people there earn $ back instead replace something that doesn't work

Paul and his team are amazing! Fixed my problem in minimal time. I know other shops would have dragged it out. While I was there, I heard him on the phone with customers, saw the interaction in person...he and his team really care about customers. 100% this is where to go!

Great experince. Sold me car and a battery 2 weeks ago. Of course salvage is never going to give you the money you want but they did give me a good deal for the day I went. They also have lots of great parts for many vehicles. Super easy to work with and wold def go back. I'm sure I will reach out to them again in the near future

This place is awesome. Ive bought from them many times. Great service. Every one of the guys there are great. Easy to talk to and easy to carry on a conversation. They are knowledgeable and dont make you feel pressured or ignorant as some places do. Prices are great too but it doesent matter when the service is that good

They brought the car seats to our caravan and put them in to make sure they were correct before we paid. Very nice and helpful people. A welcome change from where we had gone a few days before (LKQ). It was worth paying a few dollars extra.

The guys @ Laurens auto salvage we’re great, the picked up my vehicle When they said they would, I didn’t even have to home. And when issues came up for me and I took longer then Anticipated to get the title to them they were very polite and understanding, will call on them in the future and recommend them.

Got hung up on within 20 seconds after asking if they scrapped WHOLE cars and if so how much their per pound rate was. All I heard was we don't take parts we only take whole cars all rude then hung up on me .. not very professional nor did he even listen to me because I had already said a whole car, not parts..

Could have friendlier service and maybe not talk to females while you should be ringing me up for my part. I've had issues with this place a few times and for some reason I keep going back to this place maybe I should go to some other place for car parts!

I bought a starter here and it wasn't turning over so obviously I brought it back for a return and the actual Owner of the place (cheap Indian guy) claimed that I had broken it! Even after telling me to my face It had a warranty and I could bring it back if it was defective
