Yeah, if you call when you get a price, you better get it right then because if you call back a day later, I talk to somebody different. The price goes up. Everybody charges different for different prices so crazy. I got a price on something it went up $100, I had to wait four days to talk to a different person and they gave him to me for a little bit curious, I called back a week later and the price was three times cheaper. I mean, I don't know but they just need to get their stuff together. I don't know if Mondays are more expensive than Fridays or what but Jesus Christ.

Best junkyard I've ever been to. I've tried them all, all over the states, and this one is always the best. Best cars and trucks best prices and the nicest guys working there.

Wonderful experience selling my old Toyota. The owner was a delight to work with, he always responded to my inquiries right away and gave me a great price. The gentleman who picked up the car was also wonderful and professional. I would highly recommend them! It could not have been an easier process. 10/10.

The process was difficult to say the least but eventually all worked out. I had multiple conversations with people that do not speak English well and had difficulty finding a person who could or would give me the info I needed to get the vehicle picked up. I asked multiple times when would the vehicle be picked up and kept being told the driver would call an hour before he came. I asked to be notified the day before or several hours before pickup because I needed to make sure I could be there. The driver called me when he arrived at the driveway and then he had to wait for me to come there from another location. It was not easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive there but I did. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and am really glad it is over. It was a stressful process. Very poor customer care.

Called on a Friday and received an offer. Was told a driver would be in touch to schedule an appointment. An entire week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called back. They had lost all my information including the offer and had me start again and tell them what the offer was they had made. I understand mistakes and computer errors happen. They didn’t make an appointment, though, they had sent him out right away already without asking if I was even available, so I had to drop everything and rush there. The driver was supposed to be there within the hour, they said. Well, an hour and a half went by and I got a call saying he was delayed but he was on his way and would be there. So much for just using my lunch break... I waited the entire rest of the day, and no one showed up or called back to reschedule. Their website says they are open until 1 on Saturdays, so I called both office numbers this morning. Each one went to a voicemail with the same receptionist but for a Brown’s Pool Service. I am incredibly busy, on a tight schedule, and this has been a massive waste of my time.

Worst experience I have had with a mechanic. I had my engine swapped there and they broke my windshield, broke my ac, and tore up the liner in my engine bay and would not fix any of the things they broke. They didn't tell me about any of it either. I had to find out when I inspected my truck. When confronted about it they refused to be responsible for the things they broke. Beware Do Not use their services. I would give them negative stars if I could. Hopefully this saves somebody from having the same experience I did.Service: Engine repair

The metal collection point places high demands on the purity of the purchased metal... each time they look for new problems to be able to lower the purchase price. No visible price list of the purchased metal. There is no visible scale at the main junkyard. The employee did not want to weigh it separately (steel and cast iron scrap) but together... it is known that cast iron is more expensive.

These guys get you in and out in no time!!! Have the best pole barn prices of anyone between New Orleans and Tallahassee!!! Highly recommend!!!
