The process was difficult to say the least but eventually all worked out. I had multiple conversations with people that do not speak English well and had difficulty finding a person who could or would give me the info I needed to get the vehicle picked up. I asked multiple times when would the vehicle be picked up and kept being told the driver would call an hour before he came. I asked to be notified the day before or several hours before pickup because I needed to make sure I could be there. The driver called me when he arrived at the driveway and then he had to wait for me to come there from another location. It was not easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive there but I did. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and am really glad it is over. It was a stressful process. Very poor customer care.

I originally spoke with Mohd Adil, he was very helpful in the beginning stages of us selling the car. We sold the car yesterday too cash for cars and they told us it would be a couple days, I received a phone call from Nick about 5 hours later that they would be picking the car up last night. They were very kind and professional when they pick the car up. This was a very difficult time for my mom because of the two hurricanes in Florida, she lost her home and her car obviously. I would recommend cash for cars. Thank you so much for making this easy for us.
