Scott called kauffs and let me know what needed to be done because they misinformed me. He drove an hour to get my car and paid me top dollar, probably more than it’s worth. Called to have my expedition picked up because we thought the tow guy had ruined the transmission. Scott, instead of giving me a few hundred dollars to come pick it up, advised me what was probably wrong AND how to fix it, then texted me his number if I needed more help. We did what he said and it is fixed and running fine. So grateful to find such honesty and integrity when he could have easily made himself a grand or more.

I had high hopes in getting rid of my vehicle. Would have been great for parts. However, I attempted to get in touch 3 different ways with this company and never heard anything. I would have understood if they weren't interested, but a call or text back would have been appreciated.*In response to the owner's statement, you must be mistaken. We have never spoke, and I most certainly own my car. I have zero criminal history, and in fact work within the criminal justice system. I do not appreciate your slanderous comments.
