Nothing but love and respect for this real Chicago hit Squad. Why would I say this ? They never miss when I walk in the building. If they don't have it, they will get it. Now, the best part they deliver the major part's. This is my go too... if you look at the pictures I have posted, you'll see my older work truck, which they have been keeping on the road for me with 350k miles on it. I just sold my junk car to ABC and the whole experience was great and went super smooth! From the lady (Lisa) that answered the phone whom I set up the pick appointment with, to the Tow Truck driver (Ricky) who picked up the car from my house. They both had amazing customer service and such a great, positive and professional attitude. Besides that, they offered the best offer for my car. I would have given negative marking if it was possible... the worst experience i have ever had, never trust this guy. I am in Jersey and need some car parts. On 28 Dec, he pretended and showed pics of cars, as he has all the exact parts I do need. Shared an invoice with a bit higher amount compared to the market. Confirmed the delivery would be done in 3 working days.. took the money from zelle so the money can't be reversed or claimed back. Had already paid him shipping 58$, this guy stopped responding to me and dose not answer my calls... FedEx send me a new bill with 198 $ to me paid more for the shipment and the tentative delivery date for the package is March 1, So I am done with this guy, i am getting my car fixed, without his help and would be on my way to chicago, I want to face this guy face to face

I would definitely recommend NOT going to advance auto parts in Lake Zurich. I went there, guessing I needed a new battery. They said I did. First he put in a battery, that wasn't even charged. Then put another battery in, and said there was something else wrong with my car, to go to Firestone in Lake Zurich. I immediately went there, and they called me the following morning to tell me Advamce had sold me a battery, with a dead cell. How couldn't they know t

No exhaust cutting allowed. No reciprocating saws allowed. No angle grinders allowed. No torches allowed They claim to not do anything to help you get an exhaust in any shape or form. One day from what I seen they were cutting an exhaust in the yard for a white guy. That's exactly why I came back to get an exhaust from them today. I'm sure I was told NO because I'm black.

They've always had a great selection of car parts, inexpensive essentials such as batteries, motors, transmissions, and all other heart-of-the-car necessities, and even provide decently used tires as well as new at a reasonably affordable price. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming regardless of what I needed and/or ISO. It's a fantastic place for broke people like myself.
