Called to see if they had a part I needed lady didn't even let me finish telling her what I needed when she busted out WE DONT HAVE ANY very bad customer service she should be fired that's not a way to answer your customers

Good guys I was in and out no time. Even though there was some issues with my tax ID number they worked it out with me right away and got me on my way

Needed a headlight called around spoke with their rep was informed they had the part. However, after I drove there, I was turned away because they didn't have the part ready and they were closing. Miscommunication on their part cost me dearly. Horrible Edit: when I spoke to the rep, I was not told that otherwise; I would have gone to another location that could have helped. I told her I was coming in and got there 30 minutes before you closed. She failed to tell me any of that. She even explained that the part is on the shelf, but sitting in the warehouse no excuse in my eyes. but I appreciate your response. none the less, it cost me dearly.

I was not pleased w tha services or tha item I bought & I felt ignored whn I tried several tyms 2 contact him 2 express my concerns about tha merchandise I bought.I will not ever do business w him again I'm a very unsatisfied customer I will say he righted his wrong aftr it was all said & done

I would definitely recommend NOT going to advance auto parts in Lake Zurich. I went there, guessing I needed a new battery. They said I did. First he put in a battery, that wasn't even charged. Then put another battery in, and said there was something else wrong with my car, to go to Firestone in Lake Zurich. I immediately went there, and they called me the following morning to tell me Advamce had sold me a battery, with a dead cell. How couldn't they know t

They've always had a great selection of car parts, inexpensive essentials such as batteries, motors, transmissions, and all other heart-of-the-car necessities, and even provide decently used tires as well as new at a reasonably affordable price. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming regardless of what I needed and/or ISO. It's a fantastic place for broke people like myself.

I needed a new passenger side mirror for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. I called, Shaun answered, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had my mirror. When I arrived 15 mins later, Shaun greeted me when I walked in. He had my mirror ready for me. The price was fair and the service was excellent.
