I will say KAR towing is completely in the right to tow illegally parked cars. However there is no reason to be blatantly rude and on top of that extremely unprofessional I hope I never have to come into contact with this business ever again

Well I didn't look when I saw it was only 14 mi away and I was broken down I actually made it to the parts store but written in little letters on the maps said not open till 8:00 a.m. I was there on Sunday but it said Monday and apparently did not read that so we got there and it was closed on Sunday with no help from nobody. Well I must say it was mostly my fault for not looking further into the opens at 8:00 a.m. I did not see Monday 8:00 a.m. and it was just a really bad day and but we got it fixed anyways so.

In the heart of Virgina is this hidden gem. The owner is knowledgeable about any and every part you can think of. Specializes in hard to find used and new parts. Go check his business out and see if he can help you find that hard to find part

Not the same knowledgeable people who used to run it they need more knowledgeable people behind the desk and answering the phone. Not competitively priced with other local yards.

I was told I needed a new transmission for $800, and this is what I relayed to Orlando with Danz Auto who over the phone quoted a price much lower. Upon inspection of my car it was found that it wasn't my transmission but some type of rod had come loose which ended up costing $125. They could have easily said it was the transmission and charged me hundreds of dollars, but they were HONEST. You don't find that often. They are my mechanics of choice.

They said it was open on Saturday. I went to Virginia from NJ, but they said we are closed and cannot help. I traveled for 5 hours and no one helped me and they are mocking me and telling me to come on Monday. It's like I'm coming from a 20-minute drive. You can't trust their words, they are not a reliable company. I came back on Monday to get the part but they didn't give me the part because I gave a bad review. What kind of bad intention is this? They didn't give me the part because I gave a low star rating and even though I came 5 hours from home.

It's a little confusing if you've never been. You drive onto a scale and there is a loud speaker that will tell you to pull forward. It's hard to hear what they're saying. I just kept driving into the dirt lot until I saw a stop sign in the middle of the scrap yard. Eventually a very friendly guy came over and took a look in the back of my rental truck and directed me to another area. I stayed there for about 10 minutes while they navigated a fork lift to get everything out. I felt like a little kid playing in the dirt! Giant trucks and earth movers everywhere. The most wonderful part of the whole experience was all the giant mountains of shiny silver bales of recycled cans!!! So glittery!!!! He even took the time to explain the process to me. Such a surprisingly fun time dropping off junk! I loved how friendly the whole interaction was!

Thank you for your help on 64 the other day. I'm not sure which driver it was, they blocked for me at the 220 exit while I loaded up a vehicle. It's nice to see another operator care about one our their own out on the highway, instead of the usual flyby at 70mph. Thanks again! Keep up the good work.

I needed a Rim for my 2019 Ram the Ram Dealer wanted $899 for one. I got online with Lucky Line and found the same for $250 plus $35 shipping. It was shipped UPS in a nice heavy box. Arrived in 2 days, looks brand new. Awesome place and the website is so easy to use. They Invoiced with PayPal checkout which was a breeze. I will come back for all my parts needs from now on. whether it's dropping off metal from my house for recycling, or enjoying a walk through the "Used to New" store it's always a great experience. I have always felt I have been treated fairly on pricing with both sides of the business, and we have found some really fun treasures in the store.

A horrible experience. Called the place to inquire about a part. Gave them the Make/Model of the car and they said stop by, we have it. Went there and the car was completely gutted. Wasted over an hour of my time which the lazy employee could have checked just to make sure the part I was looking for was present. By the way, the employees are very unprofessional, ill mannered, and lazy. I will never ever go there again.

Very friendly family owned business with a staff that is welcoming and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and fair for this market. I have dealt with this company for many years and always satisfied.

Just remember that this is a "YOU PULL IT" and to bring your own tools. I didn't know the first time I went, but the people the go there are also nice. Someone lent me the tool I needed. Management was really nice as well. Great place for used but good parts.

Been getting my parts here for a lot of years. Crawford's is fair and quick. They always have what I need, when I need it, and the owner is always willing to honor his word. I have gotten a quote on the phone, found that what I actually needed was a more expensive part than what was quoted, and gotten that part at the quoted price anyhow. If you have the option to do business here, do it. You won't be sorry.
