I will say KAR towing is completely in the right to tow illegally parked cars. However there is no reason to be blatantly rude and on top of that extremely unprofessional I hope I never have to come into contact with this business ever again

Well I didn't look when I saw it was only 14 mi away and I was broken down I actually made it to the parts store but written in little letters on the maps said not open till 8:00 a.m. I was there on Sunday but it said Monday and apparently did not read that so we got there and it was closed on Sunday with no help from nobody. Well I must say it was mostly my fault for not looking further into the opens at 8:00 a.m. I did not see Monday 8:00 a.m. and it was just a really bad day and but we got it fixed anyways so.

I was told I needed a new transmission for $800, and this is what I relayed to Orlando with Danz Auto who over the phone quoted a price much lower. Upon inspection of my car it was found that it wasn't my transmission but some type of rod had come loose which ended up costing $125. They could have easily said it was the transmission and charged me hundreds of dollars, but they were HONEST. You don't find that often. They are my mechanics of choice.

After spending a couple weeks trying to find a salvage yard to not only identify the correct trim part for a 2011 Element but also provide a decent price for the part and shipping, Kevin at M&M not only gave me a very fair price and I also received the part just a couple days later, much faster than anticipated. It's a little confusing if you've never been. You drive onto a scale and there is a loud speaker that will tell you to pull forward. It's hard to hear what they're saying. I just kept driving into the dirt lot until I saw a stop sign in the middle of the scrap yard. Eventually a very friendly guy came over and took a look in the back of my rental truck and directed me to another area. I stayed there for about 10 minutes while they navigated a fork lift to get everything out. I felt like a little kid playing in the dirt! Giant trucks and earth movers everywhere. The most wonderful part of the whole experience was all the giant mountains of shiny silver bales of recycled cans!!! So glittery!!!! He even took the time to explain the process to me. Such a surprisingly fun time dropping off junk! I loved how friendly the whole interaction was!

Thank you for your help on 64 the other day. I'm not sure which driver it was, they blocked for me at the 220 exit while I loaded up a vehicle. It's nice to see another operator care about one our their own out on the highway, instead of the usual flyby at 70mph. Thanks again! Keep up the good work.

whether it's dropping off metal from my house for recycling, or enjoying a walk through the "Used to New" store it's always a great experience. I have always felt I have been treated fairly on pricing with both sides of the business, and we have found some really fun treasures in the store.

The staff is extremely efficient and they are organized and ready to assist. The yard has a great variety of vehicles and with some effort and patience almost any part needed can be located. They have en efficient system where one window is for access to the yard and payment. Another for the inquiries about various parts and last but definitely not least, they have an area where parts can be extracted from the vehicles at very reasonable prices. On this occasion I dealt with Jorge but Diego and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. I am new so they told me how I can separate for more money. Definitely found my new go-to recycle place. Thanks for all you do!

Great people, Easy to work with and reasonably priced used parts. The typically have fresh inventory daily or weekly. It's also great It's right here on Jefferson Davis highway.

Been getting my parts here for a lot of years. Crawford's is fair and quick. They always have what I need, when I need it, and the owner is always willing to honor his word. I have gotten a quote on the phone, found that what I actually needed was a more expensive part than what was quoted, and gotten that part at the quoted price anyhow. If you have the option to do business here, do it. You won't be sorry.
