Supervisor very rude.…DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Also if you close at 5pm, that means service is to be rendered until 5pm. It was not too dark, as the sun was not completely down, to help a customer who drove an hour and some to your establishment, after speaking to your workers of the time I would arrive. I would never waste my time and gas, only to be told pay now and come back (another hour+) if I knew service would not be rendered.

They said it was open on Saturday. I went to Virginia from NJ, but they said we are closed and cannot help. I traveled for 5 hours and no one helped me and they are mocking me and telling me to come on Monday. It's like I'm coming from a 20-minute drive. You can't trust their words, they are not a reliable company. I came back on Monday to get the part but they didn't give me the part because I gave a bad review. What kind of bad intention is this? They didn't give me the part because I gave a low star rating and even though I came 5 hours from home.

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon engine mounts after the mechanic install them. It was defected when you put it in drive the car kicks in the mechanic from beginning did not recommend using a used engine mount,<br>MNM said the engine mounts were kind of new came from a car with 300 miles when I picked them up was fully dusty and it looks way older. I still have three days warranty left. I’m trying to return or get a replacement and the Customer Service person we’re so rude and hanged up the call on me. This is not a such a nice behavior to deal with customers. You need to do better.
