    They said it was open on Saturday. I went to Virginia from NJ, but they said we are closed and cannot help. I traveled for 5 hours and no one helped me and they are mocking me and telling me to come on Monday. It's like I'm coming from a 20-minute drive. You can't trust their words, they are not a reliable company. I came back on Monday to get the part but they didn't give me the part because I gave a bad review. What kind of bad intention is this? They didn't give me the part because I gave a low star rating and even though I came 5 hours from home.

    Over the years, every single time I’ve called they haven’t had the part that I’ve needed. And, they always seem like you’re bothering them no matter who answers the phone.

    Thank you to Roger, and the mechanic that helped us. I can't remember the man's name, sorry. They were open, honest, and very patient with all my questions and phone calls. We just got home with our new to us bus! Not one issue! I really appreciate the help with putting the wood stove in the bus for us. They do not issue temporary tags, and it took us 3 trips and 2 weeks to accomplish getting it home, but it was all worth it! I found it really refreshing that I was able to walk the entire bus lot to look over the inventory without being bothered! Not many places you can do that. And they were on the spot when I did need assistance. Picking out our bus was my responsibility, and I accept what I have,. That being said, the whole transaction was simple, not easy with the travel, but great with dealing with them. Thank you so much.would not hesitate to tell anyone to do their research, and go there to look around. There were several other units well worth a look in my opinion. Thanks again for a great start to our new project, my wife is so excited.

    Jason is one the best customer service representatives I have ever done business with. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and worked quickly to provide me with the answers I needed. After making my purchase he continued to go out of his way to ensure my parts shipped as soon as possible so I could meet my deadline. He stayed in constant communication with me through out the entire process. He made purchasing long distance from them a breeze. I will absolutely be using this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

    There really lazy and don’t care. Told me there lunch break was at 1 and I showed up at 11. Didn’t even get to go into the yard. Tried to overcharge me for an alternator. Then when I said I didn’t necessarily want it. They wouldn’t let me see the car and said I needed to pay a fee to see it. I would not recommend going here. There lazy

    A truly wonderful place to do business with they were actually the only place in the world that had the Tesla parts I needed in stock!.I was helped by the lovely parts specialist Brianna which was very informative with what I needed!.

    Spot really saved my backside. Was on a road trip a thousand miles from home and needed a replacement rim that nobody had anywhere. And of course new cars don’t come with spares anymore. But M&M had one, and the fella at the desk was able to get me set up and was nice enough to leave it out for me, as I was driving about 7 hours from Asheville NC to get it. A+ from me

    Great people!!! With the insanity of the last few years, we’re also currently dealing with health issues for my Father, and facing the need to adapt the house for wheelchair access. But ramps, I’ve found, are pretty astronomical in price. I found a great used ramp at M&M Salvage, and then they were able to even give me a generous break on their asking price. Genuinely good people. Highly recommend them and I’ll use them again in the future!

    I went to the Greene county landfill to get rid of an electric stove and a refrigerator (just the shell - with the refrigerant removed). I was told there would be a $30.00 charge - $15.00 for each white goods. But then, the nice lady at the landfill weighing station told me if I took them to M&M salvage instead, I might get paid for them. I went to M&M and got paid $15.00! The process was painless. 1. Visit the small office and provide an ID. 2. Drive to a scale to get weighed in. 3. Drive to an unloading site and unload (a gentleman came by and helped me while unloading). 4. Drive to the scale to get weighed again. 5. Go back to the office to get paid for the weight difference.  When I visited in March of 2023, the rate was 9 cents per pound.

    Ordered a console for a 2010 Lexus IS 250C (Convertible) Found the part for the salesperson. Discussed a stock # attached to the correct car. The yard sent an incorrect part. It was for a different vehicle all together, and the wrong color. Tried to resolve the issue with the salesperson. I was told that our business would have to pay to ship the part back, and that we would not be reimbursed for the shipping that we already paid to them for sending us a wrong part. I guess the salesperson couldn't understand that they may of wrote the wrong stock # down, or the info may of gotten to the parts puller incorrectly. Beware when buying parts from this company. You evidentially need to record your conversations with them and take screen shots of what you are ordering.

    Ordered a complete front clip for a 2019 Silverado. Price was not negotiable but was a fair price in the market right now. Brianna was excellent to deal with and the paperwork was handled very professionally and efficiently. I am in Canada so the invoice details are very important to get the border paperwork processed correctly. They crated the entire front end assembly and then covered the whole thing in shrink wrap to protect it from damage. There was no damage to the assembly and they included all inner pieces which is nice when you are doing an accident vehicle as it’s the little pieces that often are hard to get. All in all a great experience and a great company to deal with. I would definitely purchase from them again

    My wife and I searched for quite a few weeks for a bus to buy to remodel into a home and we ended up finding one here at M&M Service and Salvage for an amazing price and awesome shape inside and out it even came with 3 good batteries and decent amount of tire tread we literally cranked it up and drove all the way to S.C. these guys are awesome they helped us out looking through there many buses. They also spent quite a few hours doing that and then made the process of buying it super easy I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. On a side note we lost our bill of sale and I called them and they gladly emailed me a copy of it that they had this was extremely helpful thanks guys!

    I found a part for my Subaru WRX on their online catalog. Talked to Cory and he got me all set up. I live in New York so it had to be shipped. I was a little sketched that they didn't take credit cards over the phone. But I really needed the part so I sent a money order. They shipped the part as soon as they received my check.

    My experience with M&M Ruckersville was great. They sold me 2018 Pilot suspension much cheaper than most places wanted. The suspension was basically new. They packaged it nicely and shipped it to my door. Shipping charge and speed was reasonable. Very thankful. Keep up the good work!

    I had a situation where a part I ordered did not fit and it turned out there were several variations of the part for that year. Stan did not give me any hassles returning it for a full refund plus my shipping. I was an out-of-state internet buyer, so I was expecting a lot of hassle ever getting a refund, but Stan honored his word and quickly processed my full refund without any follow up needed from me. Much appreciated guys and nice doing business with an ethical salvage yard.

    I maintain a fleet of 14 school buses for two private schools. We purchase all of our buses used and M&M always has a great selection to choose from. The buses are trade ins and all in operating condition as long as you understand they are used buses. Running an older fleet its also nice to be able to get used parts from junk buses. Everyone there has always been very helpful and I highly recommend them. I have been dealing with them for many years now. I think I have purchased 10 buses total so far...lol Thanks guys for all of your help. Courtney Hardy

    Heads up to anyone looking at purchasing buses. I drove 6 hours after two weeks of email to confirm a bus was in good condition. Upon arrival there was only one battery in the bus. Many buses don't have batteries at all. Also all the tires on these buses are over 10 years old. Illegal to use by DOT regulations. The bus I looked at specifically had excessive blow by which I was not told even though I asked for any problems ahead of time. These people are willing to sell unsafe buses and I would steer far away. Also dishonest. Hope this saves the next person the trouble.

    Drove 4 and a half hours to come look at a bus. Asked the guy helping me if my friend that’s a mechanic could come look over it. He said no, “We conduct a very thorough inspection once we receive them.” As he was showing me the bus, multiple parts of the front fender, mirror, door handle, and even the window either came loose or completely fell off. The “salesmen” had the audacity to say, “a little bit of duct tape can fix that!” For anyone looking to buy a bus, I’d highly recommend Sonny Merryman

    I called M/m and bought a Knee assembly for a 2020 Honda Pilot. I receive a knee assembly it was missing pieces such as a rotor, caliper. The spindle was also very rusty and in disrepair. They claimed the vehicle had only 37 Actual Miles. Being very disappointed, I called and spoke to stan the sales person who was the person who sold me the knee assembly and claimed it was a complete before I purchase it. He did mention the axle shaft was sold separate. So I purchase it separately. Upon receiving the package today, I called m/m and mentioned I didn't receive all the parts that come with the knee assembly. He then told me that the knee assembly doesn't come with a rotor and caliper that I have to buy those separately. "all knee assemblies come with rotor and caliper" I told stan, and in that case I would like to return the parts and buy from someone else because I felt deceived by his sales pitch and that it wasn't correct. He told me if I wanted to return the parts I would have to pay for the shipping and pay restocking fees. This place is completely dishonest with their sales and tactics stay away and spend your money elsewhere if you don't want to be their next victim. (update!!! The response is a lie covering a lie.)

    Service was quick, Cory helped me find all the right parts matching up with Vin #, then ship it out right away. Price was fair! Love that they have newer model cars bc it's from test cars, compare to pick and pull that are old cars and can wait forever before a newer model car can come available. Love their service may visit their site for other parts.

    Worst company to deal with especially if you are out of state. paid 985 for door that they said had no damage, door was scratched and dented in multiple spots. they sent me a photo when they created it and its obvious that it was dented when shipped but they are telling me that it just looks like dent. you be the judge the picture I marked with red is theirs rest are mine showing condition of the door. They will not issue refund because they say door left in perfect condition and That I should go after shipping company. Bunch of ignorant liars. Save yourself nerves and money do business somewhere else
