Very bad customer service ,I return it a part that was bad and they put it back in inventory ,I asked the girl don’t send me the bad part and to make sure the part is good before I loose time and money .well ,she didn’t care and they send the same bad part .An other transaction 2/14/22Send me twice 2 seat belt retractor for bmw and both are defective ,I called inti they pick it up and they didn’t show up ,when I gave it back to a drive today ,they refused because after 30 days ,I spoke with manager and I explained all, after he refused ,I said I’ll leave my review about the bad customer services ,he said BECAUSE IM A BAD CUSTOMER.I’ll make sure my employee will never make the same mistake again .

Fraudulent Activity is being done at this Shop. Purchased and bumper and was told it was in great condition no issues. Received bumper with cut and damaged wiring bumper damaged in multiple sections. ALSO, THEY won't GIVE ME A VIN NUMBER FOR THE BUMPER> Meaning it can be stolen and there selling stolen parts.

This place sells car parts that are useless, they don't test the product but assure you it was working when they took it from the car. Very Shaday business. They don't honor their return policy. Will never do business with them again
