I called Hiatt's on 3/22/21 to see if they would be able to pick up my car that didn't run well anymore and they were very professional and we met up that morning to have him come pick up the car! I was paid and they picked up the car for me and it was just a blessing to be able to have everything done and not have to find a tow truck to pick it up and have to take it somewhere! I definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of your car! Thanks so much!

I called to ask if they had a part that i needed for my truck. The owner answered the phone after looking up the part he told me he had it in both new and used and quoted me a price for both. The next day I called again (due the the 45 min drive from my house to Hiatt's) to conform that he still had the used part that I needed the owner again assured me that he had the part. I told him I was on the way and would arrive in about an hour and ask if he could please have the part ready. When i arrived and told the sales rep what I needed he went in the back for part. About 20 min later he emerged form the back and informed me that they did not have a used part that i needed but he had the new one which was $25 more than i could have purchased it new form Auto Zone. All in all it was highly disappointing experience and a huge wast of time. If some one is looking for used parts i would highly recommend not going here.

Called to see if they had a mirror for my truck and the man on the phone checked the computer asked a couple of questions and then told me they did and quoted me a price. I drove about an hour there to be told that they did not have the mirror, that they have one for a completely different year, but he can order one. The quote they gave to order was more than six other places I checked. Not only irritated that I wasted the time and gas to drive all the way out there, but that it seems to be a pattern from this business.

This place sucks! I called about a part and the owner said that he would get one of his works to pull it and I could pick it up the next day. Well I called the first thing the next day only to find out one of the worker had pulled it and took it home for his car! This place is so unprofessional! I do not recommend this so call business for anyone! It is a waste of time!
