Great folks with good prices for used parts, thanks!

Had the rear differential i needed for my work van with low miles that no one in Toledo had &if they did it was super high miles for easy more money than what Regal auto parts wanted for there low mile one..... way worth the hour & 20min drive for good quality & priced used auto parts

I called this company on a Sunday evening (after hours). I have a rental with sewage that had backed up in my basement. Vince answered the call, and said he’d be on site at the property in 45 minutes. Once on site he fixed the issue, but notified me that I could of have a bigger issue in regards to the drain from the basement to the road. Vince offered his camera service (which I highly recommend if you have continued issues) and seen I had a few major problems in my line. Once the problem was assessed, he gave me multiple contacts of companies that do replacement lines. I will always use a company who is honest, along with providing the customer with solutions to their problem. This is a five star company and would never use anyone else.

Great customer service. Nate was super nice with helping order the part for my car. He had it shipped out to me the very same day of ordering it. I'm very thankful that it was the exact part I needed and It was affordable. Overall great auto part store!

We purchased 2005 Toyota Tundra Engine from Jason on 5/13/21, we clearly mentioned on purchase order saying we need pictures before shipping but they didn't send pictures and shipped out, the warranty we got was 90 days. After the customer received the motor he called us back saying motor is completely rusty like it was a junk motor sitting from long time, before purchasing Jason told its been tested runs good. We called Jason saying the motor is no good its rusty and also the customers mechanic was not ready to install the motor. We asked Jason to replace the motor or take the motor back and refund the money. He refused to believe us he talked in a rude way, he was not ready to take the motor back nor ready to replace nor reimbursed the amount to fix it. he said install the motor just because of rusty you cannot tell the engine is bad, where as the motor was completely rusty, Timing chain had to be swapped, it was no good. Timing chain cover. Starter was bad, valve cover gaskets were leaking, intake manifold was not good and exhaust manifolds were no good. All this parts where swapped from the customers old motor to fix the motor. It all costed $1200.00 to fix it excluding labor cost. First he refused to replace the motor and after we fixed it by replacing the parts, Jason is now not ready to reimbursed the amount as well. Where as he refused to pay even a single dollar. We tried working with Jason in all the possible way but he is not ready to work.

Prices are different every time, and not at you pull it prices… If you need a part go pull it then send your lady friend back to buy it. Price will be half as much. If you want to save money by doing your own work check out luckys or weller, much cleaner yard and half the price. With set prices listed on the wall.

I needed to replace the wheel on my car. I have an older vehicle and wasn't sure I would be able to find a match, as my car still has the factory rims. Called the Ferndale location first.. They referred me to this location. I spoke with Kevin and he found the wheel I needed. This made me very pleased cause I didn't want a mismatched wheel. Also, Kevin's service was top notch. He was knowledgeable and kind.. He had me laughing at his sense of humor. A total character. To the owner, you have an awesome employee in Kevin. He deserves a raise! 💜😉

I was searching for a much-needed part, and Dan at Phil's came to my rescue. He did not have my part. However, instead of dismissing me, he asked for my name and number and said, "Let me see what I can do." I got off the phone and thought, "He'll never call me back." But he did--within 10 minutes! Dan had located the part at another business and gave me the name and number of a specific person to contact. I was dumbfounded. It is rare to find people willing to help strangers. I decided that this was a Christmas miracle. My dealership had told me my part was on a national backorder; they had no no idea when it might be available and said not to drive my vehicle long distance. But because of Dan's help at Phil's, I was able to get the part necessary to travel out of state and see my family for Christmas. Thank you again! I highly recommend this business.

I go across Michigan using scrap metal yard usually the people working the yard and the offices are down to earth and cool to interact with but showing up to this scrap yard immediately I recognize the women weighing me in was fake as hell fake smile all around fake person it's like her personality came out of a box I am so glade this was a convenient stop I will avoid this place like the plague
