The service was great before closing the deal. The car I bought turned to have a broken clockspring, so the horn, steering wheel controls (cruise and radio) not working and the airbag light on all the time. I requested help, as a courtesy for a car I just bought, and they say the car was inspected and was fine. My fault because I did not tested all the controls in the car, plus the keyless does not work. I think, it is not possible that the seller ignored the fact that the car had those issues, so it is dishonest selling the car with that failure and even worse not attend the issue after sales as a simple courtesy with someone you are doing business, that is non professional ethical.
