I attempted to order parts from Austin at Regal Auto parts. The communication was horrible. I did not live close and could not come in and pay for parts directly. I had to send an invoice to their email which was no issue but the communication was absolutely horrible. When it comes to the auto industry, communication is a MUST and timeliness when it comes to pulling parts. Customers cannot wait extended periods of time for no reason! Completely unprofessional. By far the worst salvage yard I've ever had to deal with.

Called to get pricing on a hood and found out i could go to u pull have more than one option and the hood would also be 1/5 of the price. Just something to keep in mind before you shop here.

I was really happy super reasonable. He gave me a bunch of parts. He just said here $20 bucks. I had about 7 parts that broke on the car. I wanted some extras for the car too, that might break later down the road. They had a late model 2002 Chevy Prizm that’s a car that gets amazing gas mileage. It’s very reliable a lot of people don’t realize the value and quality of that last year. Chevy decided to discontinue. I bought a house 7 years ago before the market exploded. houses go up in value cars go down in value. I’m not looking to buy a new car anytime soon until that house is paid off. I just hit 300,000 on that car. It’s sad. I saw one in Toledo Ohio at a salvage yard that didn’t even have 100,000 on it. The owner junked it. I’d rather just keep throwing used parts on it than making a car payment.
