Had the rear differential i needed for my work van with low miles that no one in Toledo had &if they did it was super high miles for easy more money than what Regal auto parts wanted for there low mile one..... way worth the hour & 20min drive for good quality & priced used auto parts

First time at Regal. People were very friendly and helpful. Their selection for what I needed was a bit limited. Found some things I needed, not others. Price were very good on what I did find.
- DDavid Merigian
Responsive on chat, which is nice for a part's yard. Unfortunately, the price I was quoted for a headlamp assembly was 25% more than the identical, new, part on RockAuto.

Paul, Nick and John always do their best to find me what I need and for a reasonable price. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I have been buying parts from them for the last 6 years or more. They also help me load everything into my truck as well.

The scrap yard is great. Randy always makes sure the customers are satisfied with the price and quality of the parts. Highly recommend.

Nice place, little bit of everything if you know what you're looking for

An excellent salvage yard with employees who are down to earth straight shooters that keep it real. Shout out to the u-pull guy. Well organized u-pull lot. They probably have what you need in really great shape, regardless of what its being pulled off of.

This was my first time using Regal Auto Parts and from the first phone call with Paul, he provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick at getting back with me for parts. I was in a pinch this winter getting a wiper trans for my daughter's car and couldn't find one in stock online or near me (200 miles North of Howell). Paul was able to find the part and even put a rush on shipping for me. I'll definitely call them again. Thank you!

Thank you for yor patience and kindness. Austin is a great young man and an asset to Regal. Best part though, we found the part we needed. Sky opened up so couldn't get the second one, but we'll be back!
- GGary Macleod
They took the parts off did have to wait a few but it was very nice to walk around and licking stuff they had
- KKen Bunyak
Great prices. Big selection of cars and trucks.

I appreciate the business and way they do things. Although I didn't get many of the parts I had hoped for (typical for used car parts) I was treated fairly efficiently, and helped. I wish more used car parts places had their processes and staff. Accidents happen, and I had to let a needed part go after being dropped by an employee, but I still recommend that you check them out when you need used auto parts. Recommend

Bought a transmission for my 2002 Ford Ranger and paid a professional shop $940 to install it. It started at $700 but the front seal leaked badly so paid an extra $240 for repair. The transmission immediately threw a code and slipped badly. I contacted Regal and explained what happened and they did get me another transmission. I asked them to please make sure that I got one from a good running truck which they promised they would. After paying another $732 to the same shop to install the second trans it essentially started to do the same thing but not as bad. It runs ok under 65 mph but slips badly over 70 and sometimes won’t go into overdrive. It also started leaking badly after a month. By now I have well over $2000 into the truck and I can’t afford to take a chance on a third bad transmission with installation charges between $700-$950 a pop so I just gave up and will drive the slipping leaky trans until it quits. Very disappointed!

I needed a part asap for my Jeep. I called and spoke to Justin, he was very helpful, was able to find the part I needed and also was able to decipher exactly what I needed even though I didn't know the name of the part. Overall a great experience and Justin was awesome. I will be coming back in the future.

After days of waiting for days for it to be removed my part was then broken and even with it broken I still wanted it and couldn’t get them to take it off call me so I can come pick it up I live over 100 miles away but was still willing to do so but now it seems I’ve been blocked nobody answers the phone when I call sounds like incompetence and there is no pride and professionalism in this facility I hope in the future you’re able to get your act together and we will not be able to do Business with this regal auto parts

I came here with my friend Rob and Atria. This place is really amazing! You never know what you can find in a scrapyard until you go to one! We go in looking for a specific part and find lots of odds and ends. It's also a great place to look for rocks if you're a rock collector!!!! Overall! Excellent outing and place to go get lost in for hours.

Good place to go for parts reasonable prices courteous staff
- KKirk Dirk
Glad places like this still exist. Sometimes cost is a huge issue, so a little sweat equity on my part goes a long way.
- RRyan Emery
Do not go here unless you get a name of who quoted you a price on a part! Called yesterday and was quoted $15 on a radiator fan. Guy told me he has few on the shelf. Called back today cause i was going to have father Inlaw pick it up for me. He lived 5 mins from there. And the guy i talked to have me a price out of nowhere. Which was $40. I explained that i called up yesterday and was told $15. And he said hold on. Came back and said that’s if you go pull it yourself. Which is not true. The part brand new is $35. I told him that. And he said he would give it to me for $30. He wouldn’t give me his name. This place is a scam! I know it’s a junk yard. But there are better more professional ones out there. Stay Away!

The worst service, we ordered a part from them, they said they had it in stock and would UPS it to us and we should get it in 3 days. We paid for it and the shipping waited 8 days and called them to check on the status on it, only to find out they never had the part to begin with. Why would you accept payment for a part you NEVER had??? Why not just say you dont have it, I just don't get it.. I would have given them 0 stars if it were possible. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY HERE!!
- EE Dieter
Called for a specific part. Used parts, Dan, said they sent two to the U-Pull area. Called U-Pull and Todd said they had the part. I drove 2.5 hours to discover Todd didn't know what he has or even the year of cars in his lot. And he did not have the part for me he claimed to have. On the upside one young man behind the counter was willing to order me a new part at cost.

Went in for a radiator after seeing online they had multiple vehicles matching the interchange. They said they would pull one for me, which was fine, however they would not let me inspect it first before I paid. The last yard I checked had missed a small crack in the exact area my old unit had one, so I wanted to take a quick look. I agreed to let them pull it and paid. I was told it would be done that evening or early the next morning. I called twice and was told they had a couple orders ahead of me. 3 days later I stopped by and still had a couple orders ahead of me. They reluctantly gave me a refund after I told them I was leaving town and needed it when it was originally promised it would be ready.
- GGlen Miller
Very nice! Tod was a great help and very knowledgeable. Although I did not find what I was looking for, a lawn mower part, I found it easy to look. Aisle’s were clean and easy to walk around.
- BBrett Guti
Hit and miss with customer service. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's terrible. Generally if you end up dealing with the old man in the ball cap, you should just go elsewhere, because if you spend the time to pull the parts you want he will likely try to charge an unreasonable amount. This guy wanted $30 for a USED ignition coil that no one could prove worked. I told him they are $40 brand new with a warranty and he wouldn't budge on the price... I ended up wasting my time pulling this part only to be totally irritated afterwards. I went to another salvage yard and they gave me the part for FREE because it was mostly plastic anyways. Regals, please look into this guy... it's a shame to have to rate you 3 stars and drive across the street for parts! Another suggestion, try to bring in some super duty trucks!
