This place is great! The guy at the counter is personable, knowledgeable & helpful. You never know what vehicles you will find there-hopefully the vehicle you need the part(s) off of is there! The chances that it is there are pretty good. They have a nice selection of vehicles at any one time-Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Acura, Honda, etc., old & newer models. They even get work trucks & vans in. To get into the yard, you must be 18 or older andNOT wearing open toed shoes (safety reasons, of course). It's only $1 or $2 per person to get in. The catch is, you must bring your own tools and take the parts that you need off of whatever vehicle all by yourself. When you leave, you show the guy at the counter what you have and he gives you a price for everything. The prices are typically very reasonable and will help you save some $ compared to if you went ant bought the parts you needed brand new. If you are mechanically enclined and have the time, going to Dancers for your part(s) will help keep some of your money in your pocket!

ZEROOOO STARS! First my friend called about 2 airbags for my car at the place and he was quoted $100/each - $200 for the pair Then I call the on 01/14/25 @ 11:10 AM to double check that these items are not only still available but also ready for pickup in store as I was going to drive from Virginia specifically to pick them up. I was told yes (not to mention the guy on the phone was really trying to hang up the phone).. i show up the next day to get the airbags and the guy at the front asked if I had a quote or an order, i explained that I didn’t put an order in and that I just called to check availability the day before. Then he proceeds to try to find my quote via phone number but couldn’t. He then quotes me $125 each. I complain that this was not the price quoted to my friend… he then says its $125/each if you want it. Then proceeds to check another customer’s needs. I ask to talk to the manager he is right next to him apparently and didn’t intervene at allll… Talked to the manager, he is frustrated at my attitude! I tell him how I am baffled by the inconsistency, he then takes my info, magically was able to either find my quote or sell them to me at $100/each (wow so easy) Then he surprises me by saying that they only have one of the airbags in the place and not both!!!??? What?!!! So i share my frustration that not only was I not told about the quote, not only did they change the price but I was also mislead about the in store stock? I drove alll the way from Virginia for this crap.. To top it off. He explained that there is a 4% charge for using card + tax, I agree, then proceeds to give me a receipt for $108 + tax, so I ask, why does my receipt say $108 instead of the $104 (100+4%) He gets super frustrated, and says: “at this point you’re holding us all up from doing our job and we are reluctant to even sell you anything, do you want the part or no?!” I explain that I just need to understand why the receipt says $108, explain the calculation to me, it’s my money! He repeats what he said then i just say ok I just need the part please. Then he leaves, no clue how long it will even take to wait for it for them to give me 1 airbag… horrible horrible, customer service and not trustworthy

They put a seat I purchase out Friday evening so I could pick it up Saturday.The seat was covered in plastic and protected from the weather and ready for pick up when I got there.No problems.

This is my own experience. The people there or cool The prices are good. I haven't have any bad into counter with anyone there. I go to the counter at times to mess with the staff and they all chill

Our Representative, Dylan was excellent. He explained the process and helped us get the title signed over. However, arranging to get the car pick up was a nightmare. We had to schedule it three times to get the car picked up. Finally, a Robin in customer service got the dispatch to assign a pick up and the car was finally taken away!

Needed a wheel for my Jeep. Had one and was a very reasonable price. Ive bought wheels from Toll Gate in the past.. the 80s for my 78 Chevy Nova so i knew to go here. Mike was very helpful .. got the wheel in a couple minutes.

Had a wonderful experience. Pete was great. I asked him to check something out on my car, nothing to do with the car we dropped off for rear end repairs, walked right out and got dirty and was just generally a great guy. I called him back for a replacement part for my car, he said come on over he would have it ready for me. He pulled it out and cleaned it up and boom I was in and out. I would start there for any used parts in the future and would go nowhere else for any bodywork I needed in the future.

They have tons of parts available for a wide range of make and models. Fast response and good pricing on towing and the guys in the shop know what they are doing. Would recommend anytime for services.

what kind of place advertises they are open till 2p, and then all stand around doing nothing and say NO we wont take anyone after 1:45. and they were all rude about it.i got there at 1:49!!!!! What topped it off was sitting there trying to find somewhere else they let someone else in the exit door and served him. called for carbide price when every scrap yard offering 5.50 - 6.50. they said they would give $2.30!!!!!!! DONOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!! CSR block over and honest...ZEROOOOOOOO STARS!!!!!

Absolutely worst yard around. Purchased motor from him with a warranty. He recommended head gaskets to be changed. When to change them and the head bolts came out with the threads. He said it’s not covered under warranty and I’m out a motor and 600$ would never recommend them to anyone. Buys beware

i LOVE this place! Not sure who i spoke with but he was a very nice guy, and super willing to work around me and my work schedule. They come and tow your car and they have the best prices around. I called 3 other local places that offered me way less than Ideal Auto Recycling not to mention the customer service/satisfaction was way better anyway. If your looking for a place to scrap your car and get a good amount of money for it i HIGHLY recommend here.

The owners wife doesn’t know how to talk to people but forgets that she works there. It Hass to leave at night time when it’s over play with somebody else we go see ya disrespectful you can get when I see you.

Great experience. Called and they came to pick up my car within a few hours. Speedy, professional service, and paid a fair price. Would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to quickly get a car off your hands.
