Very unhelpful. No customer service here. Rude and unprofessional lack of communication and difficult to work with. I would never tell anyone to go here (Allentown Location) unless you want a bad day! Junk for junk service. And, ***disclaimer*** don’t forget for anyone new here you have to pay $2 to get into this place whether you find your part or not. And they don’t keep a log of what goes out they only know what cars they have on the premises. Food for thot. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, came here today to get a part with child. Website said children allowed under adult supervision and not responsible for injury. Child was not allowed inside regardless of sign saying children allowed. Worker at booth was rude, expected us to know their rules without telling us. Would not recommend to anybody coming from close area. Unorganized lot and a rude company ran by irresponsible workers.

Very poor junkyard. Decent selection of vehicles, but the conditions are horrendous. Maybe I’m spoiled having come from yards on the west coast, but the junkyards I used to visit would have each lane cleaned up at the end of the day. Here, the walkways have doors, complete exhaust systems, tailgates etc. just sitting in the middle of everywhere. Really trashy vehicles as well. Most have been horribly mangled and have very little good parts left. No handwashing station, no wheel barrows, no customer service. Guy up at the “counter” could have cared less about anything other than his cigarette. Shame there aren’t any good junkyards in eastern PA. Would not recommend this place in the slightest unless they are the ONLY one with part you need.

I was able to get parts for my '96 Town & Country and save lots of money over a new part. The old parts serve me well for years. Highly recommend if you or close friend can help you install the parts.

Good prices. When it rains or after a rain mud is 3- 6 inches deep. Hard to work under a car under that much mud. Bit of gravel and drainage would be nice and safer for everybody.

Used tires went up in price. I had to take the wheel off the car and then take the tire off the rim to find out the 17 inch and bigger doubled in price. After all that work I had to pay $46 dollars plus tax per tire. I bought them cause after doing all that labor might as well take them. You get a better deal at a shop where they do all the work plus balancing for a few dollars more.

Ill just say that most if not all of the 1 star reviews are true!! But, the reason im giving them 2 stars is that i managed to find parts that i need even tho i had to fight this old women over her ignorance and overcharging me, i still got what i wanted. Will try other junk yards, people over there are insainly rude and unproffessional. Tip: if you still decide to go there keep in mind that they charge you for everything and do not know their own price list. Just get the part you want, cut off wahtever is attached to it cuze you be charged for it. Watch them carefully and keep in mind that they are animals and have to be treated as ones.

The worker at the gate was friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. Explain everything. I haven't been to this yard since they moved the domestics here. It's really cool the boots are the same as the other lot and a whole entrance is identical that is very cool. The best thing I found is that they give you a printout of cars that are in the lot their sticker numbers on them so you can look for the car by the sticker number and what really is the best thing I found to be very imaginative and highly helpful for the customers is that the end cars have the numbers of the row like I had to go in 501 and then I just found the car that is looking for I didn't really need to find a sticker. I know what my car looks like but it's still nice to have the sticker just for a reference I tell you you get in there they are torn apart stripped I did walk by one and I'm I did a double-take and backed up and sure enough it was one of the cars I was looking for and I identified it by the sticker number. What's funny is I did find another one in there so it's always good to look at everyone just in case it's probably a rare occurrence that happens. The only bad thing there is five and there of my model and I found nothing that I could use of course that's always the case. Not one of the cars had a mirror that I needed matter fact there were no mirrors LOL. My model and your car must be popular because those that were in there were totally stripped. It's not Harry's fault it's just the way it is popular car for people wanting parts for. With having the stickers and the row numbers written on the cars that is very organized. I can't say it's clean cuz it's a junkyard LOL but it was possible between the rows. The only complaint I would have is they put the cars too close together door to door is only like a couple of inches. I don't know how foreign yard is but when I used to go in there when they had everything you are able to open the car doors completely to get inside the interior. But also I understand that the more they stock in there the more they can get in the yard so it's a catch-22 for them and the customers I need access and they need to put more cars in the yards.

Great junkyard that usually has the vehicle you're looking for. Prices are a little high for used, "as-is" parts, but that's the risk you take buying used from a junkyard. Staff tend to be a little crotchety at times, but they are not in the customer service game. Pay your $2, get what you need and get out. Just don't forget your tools!

people are complaining about customer service expecting this to be similar to fine dining or something. it is a junkyard it gets dirty, monotonous, tiring, and hot as hell, they are there to make sure you are not stealing and charge you for everything you buy not make you happy. read the rules don't bring car parts in the yard or non allowed items and you will be fine. their prices are good on most items but not all weigh you options here and decide if buying junkyard used is worth it. people complaining about inventory and not having what they want or telling you if its there what are you expecting? its a junkyard they don't have time or manpower to walk around every single car checking what is or isn't left in it. as far as my experience i was as hazeleton and it was a lot of fun getting to walk all around the 100 acre yard. great place to get interior trim parts, mine were all faded scratched or worn out i was able to find some low mile cars that had replacement trim parts in great condition and they are cheap too.

If you want to enter here, you should pay 2$, also parts it have no Warranty. I Recommend, asking office register what do you need? like What kind of car you searching before entering, if they tell you yes, it is here. Buy your ticket.

Be careful going to the Allentown, Harry's U-Pull-It. Cashiers make prices up as they go or they do not know their parts. They always try to charge different prices than what is on their price sheet. What's the since of having a price sheet??? MIGHT BE A SCAM WITHIN??? Never have this issue at the Hazelton, or Pennsburg locations. Very shady business this location. Just goes to show, if the city is a high crime area, what a good place to put a crooked business. Best to travel to the other locations if you are not pressed for time or in dire need of the part. Cheers!

The Allentown location is the second largest of the three locations they have, but you can't beat the cost. Every trip is like a treasure hunt if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. Just don't go after a hard rain.

ITS A EXCELLENT BUSINESS! Harry's has some of the best if not the best with varieties of vehicles and prices to get parts from. The prices are unbeatable because your doing the work pulling the parts you need. Just dont be that guy! That goes breaking thing and damages other parts getting your parts because you dont know what your doing so you break stuff to get to what you need and destroy stuff others can use. I go here alot and see that far to often with people around me while I'm stripping the parts I have to take off to buy.

Been to the Pennsburg yard several times. Never had any issues with rude employees or being gauged. Sometimes I've gone in just to browse and see if they had something that I could use. Have gone there a few times just to practice removing parts from trucks before attempting a repair on my own truck. Have also been a few times I went in and came out with something small or unusual that they didn't have on the pricing chart and was given it free or only charged a few dollars for it if it was a bigger item. Most of the time they try to find the closest match on the pricing chart for something.

Awesome place, great for mid-2000’s vehicles. Could use a bit of work on the premises due to mud puddles and the risk of falling. Other than that, Staff is very polite and people are respectful.

Employees are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. Inventory is overpriced for a “U-Pull” and was forced to pay full price for a broken and incomplete part. Would rather go to any other junkyard for parts than this one. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I use Harry's and ez pull. Harry's is much more organized and they have a car inventory so it's easy to find the vehicle you're looking for. A little more expensive except great prices on headlights and tail lights. They also stock newer cars than other places I go.

3 of these reviews are about not keeping inventory but they DO now so stop b!tc#!ng about that. as for the Mexicans picking everything clean yeah they do... but hey, its a $2 gamble, all junkyard parts a gamble anyway. I think Harry's is doing a great job.

Avoid Harry's U Pull It at all costs!! They have untrained operators and ground crew setting the cars incorrectly. You are risking your life going underneath these cars. They fall off the stands on a regular basis. They also do not recover the R-134 from air conditioning systems on any of the vehicles as required by federal law. If you loosen the A/C lines on any of the vehicles, you will get sprayed in the face with R-134. Don't believe me? Check it out. Also, their parts are grossly overpriced. They also don't abide by their own price guides that they provide to customers. They will raise the prices of parts that the inexperienced sales people believe are worth more than their advertised prices. Don't believe me? Go to the Allentown yard and ask to see the pre pulled sets of wheels with bad tires that they are trying to sell for $400+. According to their advertised standard price guide, an aluminum wheeel costs $20, and they aren't supposed to charge for bad tires. The owners are only concerned about their money and not the safety of customers, employees, or the preservation of this planet. The runoff from the entire Pennsburg yard which is saturated in all of the leaked oils from the vehicles goes directly into the creek that runs parallel to the yard. Do not give these greedy, unprofessional inconsiderate, people any of your money. EZ Pull in New Ringgold charges half the price of Harry's, and has a huge selection.

Drove 30 minutes to look for a tool I had left in a car yesterday. Got here at 3:32 and she told me we close at 4 and don't let anyone in 30 min before closing. I explained my situation and told her I'm going straight to the car and back I know what I'm looking for. She denied entry and had a attitude the whole time.

Disagree with that I give it five stars no other junkyard keeps inventory you can go online and search all three at the same time so you don't have to waste your time by going there to find out they don't have what you need like other junkyards

I simply sold off an old scrap car which was no problem, but the yard was a dump and Google maps was of no help. The location they first sent me to was the lot where you could go and salvage parts from domestic cars...Ford, GM, Chrystler, etc. Then they sent me to the actual scrap yard so I had to call and ask where to go. The main office is located where the pin for this part of Harry's is, but this is also the Asian import lot which is mostly full of stripped out Honda carcasses that people have taken every decent part off of already. Mud and puddles everywhere, recommend wearing at least knee high waders when going here or you'll ruin your pants and shoes

OMG!!! That old lady at the window is extremely rude. I went to the window to ask if they had gas for sale and she said NO! With an attitude and closed the window right on my face. Wow seriously? I can't belive they have someone like that working for them. You know what lady? you can go to hell and stick your gas and parts where the sun doesn't chine.

They have a website where you can see their inventory, and prices for many parts. It cost only $2.00 to go in the yard. They will give you a print out that you can locate the type car(s) you are looking for.
