It's what you expect out of a junk yard, when it comes to customer service, 😉. But other than that they have a wide variety of cars to pull parts off of and they have always been more than fair on the prices. If you are in need of a part and don't mind getting dirty yourself. Came to get some truck parts & They were rude. the communication was bad, they missed price the items, one sales guy told me 200 for a bumper and a hitch receiver then says 200 for each and then the manager interferes and says 400 just for a bumper and says his own employee doesn’t know what he’s doing. “Manager” is so rude to employees. very disappointing and unprofessional overall.

I’ve never been to a scrap yard that doesn’t have a Visible Scale. So as a customer you cannot see your load weight before and after; Sketchy. I’ve brought several different types of metal here but seem to be all listed as Tin @ 35 cents; Sketchy. Most scrap yards have assistance, but this one tells you they can’t help unload. I’m a disabled veteran and it’s hard for us to ask for help. But when we do we really need it. I shouldn’t need to beg when 2 able attendants are standing around. I won’t be going back, if this place is really run by Montgomery county it’s shameful.

Well, my partner called before driving 110 miles to this establishment. He inquired about the body parts that he needed. They said they had them so we headed out on this journey. We arrived there in about 2 hours. We parked out front on the road instead of trying to maneuver the truck and trailer up hill and into tight predicaments. The parts he called about were suppose to have been pulled and ready. He repeatedly stated he needed 2001 chevy cavalier front bumper, hood, and two fenders, also headlight assembly's. Both head light assembly's were broken. The bumper was a 2004, which does not fit! Paid for turn signal lense on drivers side, it was missing. We have called and called, and spoke to one of his pregnant ethnic ladies,and told her about this problem. She speaks very good English. Her initials are on the reciept. It has now been a week, and everytime we call, we are ignored. She was suppose to call us back when she located the correct bumper, so he could make another long trip there to exchange their mistake. Being ignored is not good buisiness, especially after spending GOOD money for very specific body parts. The attitude of this employee is very bad and offensive. Saying "you looked at the parts, you should've known it was wrong before you left? Really? No MA'AM, we are not part experts, we order the year we need, and leave it up the experts to pull and load what we asked, and paid for. We are about to contact them again, hope they fix their error, and correct their mistake. We will give them that chance. If they do, we will most definitely be giving them a better review, otherwise, I can only say, stay clear if this place of buisiness. I think the owner should contact us. We were referred to them by a yard we've done business with for years because they didnt have the year we needed. So sad....in hopes of honesty, and doing the right thing! 12/12/18 Well, its been over 3 months now, we still have not heard from this establishment. They ignore us like the plague. Never do business with them. They are horrible. They will take your money, and if they give you the wrong parts, you ate just stuck with them, and out of luck. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could rate them negative 5 stars, I would!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. My 18yr old daughter called this morning for a bumper and was told $150.00 called again later to confirm the price and was given the same $150.00 price. Husband called to see how much the same part was through our business and was told it would be $250.00. My daughter went there to pick it up and they then told her it was $200.00. Either you guys can't get your crap together on what the exact price is on a bumper or yall just enjoy taking advantage of young people. Will definitely take our business somewhere else.

Online database was great and included a photo of the vehicle I was looking for, which was awesome. The lot map is really helpful and the row numbering is easy to read as you walk the lot. The cars are well-spaced and easy to get to every part of the vehicle. Staff was helpful and polite. I saw a lot of newer vehicles here, so I don't think you'll find many classics, FYI. Highly recommended!

I arrived for a load aluminum in my dry van. Scaled in, got to the dock and waited to get loaded. Scaled again, drove back around and got my paperwork and left. Longest part was the paperwork because my company had set me up on a broker load. Staff was super friendly. Was cool to watch them move the scrap around.

Worst phone experience of my life I call asking for a part dude slick with an attitude talking about some just come look they can't even tell me what kind of cars they have on the yard

Have a variety of parts and almost anything a person might need to keep an aging car on the road. And the part prices were very reasonable

Family-Owned business, they have always been great for getting what you need, whether it's new aftermarket parts? Or if it's used parts mostly Chevrolets. So if you're looking for four-wheel drive parts for a Chevrolet or two-wheel drive parts and they have a lot of older stuff you can't find anymore. John, JC and Tyler have always been great people

Place is a joke. Told me over the phone they had a part. Drove out of state to get it and when I got there they told me they don't have it. A joke makes more sense then this place. On top of that it took them 20 minutes to tell me they don't have it. It's beyond me how people stay in business
