The prices are very fair. Employees always ready to help. I enjoy going here knowing I'll most likely find what I'm looking for. (Please add more Jeep wranglers). The online inventory makes the vehicle you're looking for easy to find.

Cheaper than their competitors on most things. Have an unlimited $1/day warranty. As long or as short as you want. But nowadays they are pretty rude. They had at least 6 ppl in line and wouldn't let me walk out to retrieve a ratchet I left. Really uncalled for seeing as they all know me well

Workers are rude in there playing and getting smart with customers. Won’t take a debit card to pay for entry but will take one to pay for the parts? I asked to use the restroom and they had one inside in the lobby told me to go use a port-a-potty that some had peed all over. Plus their inventory is rarely updated. The vehicles they do have have been stripped to the frames but they don’t get rid of them. Been there twice had the same experience both times. Won’t be going back for a third time.

Good spot to get good cheap parts. 3 tire and rims $30

Extremely rude awful people running the place I can't stand coming here. Worst crew in the business. Bought 4 steel wheels for $10 less than I bought 12 steel wheels for up the road. No wheelbarrows so good luck lugging anything you do happen to find. Also very unsafe 3 cars high good luck climbing.

Would have given better rating but they state they are open 7 days a week. Went there on Sunday at 1pm and they were closed. (SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM) Website says open on Sundays and even their automated message when you call says open on Sunday so there is no way to know. Drove from Mississippi and found out the hard way. Bad business practice to leave your customers hanging like that. Thought about giving 2 stars but their prices are pretty good and they have good selection otherwise.EDIT: Went there the next day and dude at the counter said they closed that one Sunday for a funeral for a coworker. So, I gotta let that one slide but a note or message on the automated phone pickup would've been nice.

It had been over 6 years since I lasted visited this place. But what I did learn is how uniformed it has become. It's organized where folks aren't tearing up more than the parts they end up paying for. Which is a whole lot better than before.
