Flat Rock has a huge selection and fair prices. These operations can be kind of gruff, but not here. Miller had the patience of Job, handling crazy questions from callers (one even asked him to locate a part at another yard—which he did to help them). They had my part (an entire bumper assembly) pulled and to me in short order, and the condition was as described. So, highly recommended!

Very disorganized service!!Called and spoke with Miller about a headlight for a Ford Edge. He said that he had it and I placed the order. He sent me a credit card authorization form that I returned immediately. One week has gone by and I have not received the headlight. I called there and spoke with them and they cannot find the order. Was told that Miller was running late(it is 10:30 at this time) and I am told he will call me back. I have to call them back at noon. First they don't answer the phone, I call right back and the manager answers and explains that they sold the headlight to someone else but wants to sell me one with damage. End result I will not try to buy from them again.

Called and spoke with them about a engine and told them I needed this as soon as possible .they sent me a order form and I filled it out and got it back to them right away. I never heard anything back so I called an called no answer then emailed ,no answer and finally they say for me to call and I did and yet again no answer ,so I keep calling and finally a answer and the guy tells me they never got it.so wile on phone I send it and he gets it and he tells me he will get it ready to ship next day be payment ready first thing in morning so today I wait all day by three I call and he says he will call later 5 comes around and he’s gone and the guy dosent know what I’m talking about.

Went here to get an alternator I called prior to going as I’m not from here and needed one closest to me. I spoke to someone on the phone about getting the part at first he told me he would give me the part for $100 included all taxes. As soon as I pulled in this guy with a green hoodie yells you gotta move. Here is all these cars all over the place I have no idea where I can and cannot park. He says you got to move you are blocking people in. So I go inside and explain to the guy I spoke to that I wanted the cheaper alternator. He says okay I’ll give it to you for 75 with everything included so I’m like 75 okay good deal. Here comes this dude with the green hoodie, “It’s not 75, it’s 82 with taxes I said he just literally said 75. He wants to argue me down so I just left. Whomever the guy with this dingy green hoodie is has very poor customer service skills and they need to bench him. He is not equipped for dealing with other people.

Needed a passenger window for my vehicle. They pull the part for you and i had a few people in front of me. Only took em like, 30 minutes or so and i had a window to install. The people there were very nice as well. Lol
