I needed to replace the wheel on my car. I have an older vehicle and wasn't sure I would be able to find a match, as my car still has the factory rims. Called the Ferndale location first.. They referred me to this location. I spoke with Kevin and he found the wheel I needed. This made me very pleased cause I didn't want a mismatched wheel. Also, Kevin's service was top notch. He was knowledgeable and kind.. He had me laughing at his sense of humor. A total character. To the owner, you have an awesome employee in Kevin. He deserves a raise! 💜😉

I am happy with all Thirlby locations but the guys at Thirlby south are absolutely great!!!! They have always been extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond the norm. The only place I choose to go.

I truly don’t even know where to start. Bryan and Moe were a tremendous help. The customer service is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Bryan made sure I got every part I needed, and explained why I needed it because I have ZERO knowledge of cars. Moe made sure it was at the best price followed up with me in email to make sure everything was good. It’s hard to get good customer service now. I am so grateful that I was referred to this store.If you need stuff come here !

Best auto parts shop I’ve dealt with, Ali helped out with everything I needed and more! The only place with reasonable pricing, delivery was also very quick, overall that’s the number one shop I’d go to for spare parts.

The place was nice and organized. $2 to get in the yard, and the guy who checked me in helped me find the car I was looking for. Their website is finicky on mobile, so I had a hard time navigating to find cars available and part prices. If you plan on getting heavy items from imports or have a heavy-ish tool bag, I'd suggest taking a wheelbarrow or something cause their lot is so damn long, lol. They also have vending machines with drinks and snacks and a rest area by where the imports start.

These people are great! I called ahead about some parts I needed, they were pulling an engine at the time and said they would call back, 15min later I get the call, they had the parts. George gave me great directions over the phone to find the place. When I arrived they showed me where to find the vehicle to pull from. Pulled the parts, paid cash, got more then a fair price on the parts. Highly recommend. Lots of comments here about bad customer service, yes there was no "bye" at the end of the call but this is a junkyard not the Ritz-Carlton.

Another good tire buy at wal-mart. Staff were nice and did a good job. Car drove great on the new tires.

Went to Albion because Jackson didn't have part I needed instock. Got to Albion to take care of business and Anthony was very rude and disrespectful to me infont of other customers and I have a commerical account. I will be calling the store manager first thing Tuesday and having a talk with him about this.

I love this place. The guys are always helpful, great deals whether if you're buying or selling. It's an all around great shop! Thank you for all the help, Levi and Ben you guys are awesome!

I can’t rate them yet because they have not yet replied to my text and email requests. I made these requests 2-3 days ago. UPDATE: Google asked for my review before Big Mikes 2 had a fair chance to reply. When they did reply, they were polite and professional. They did not have my part, but it was for a 21-year old truck and their inventory is generally not that old (they are mostly 5-years old or newer). They gave me two suggestions of other places I might try. So, I am happy with the outcome. I rated 4 out of 5 only because they did not have the part. Their overall service was a "5".
