Best part store in town, very knowledgeable and always friendly staff at all locations, they also have hard to find parts or can get usually them in a day, all Thirlby stores are great and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there

I worked there for over 5 years. It was a great place to work. Ed Thirlby and the rest of the family treat you like family. They are family owned and run. They help employees when they need it. Generally a good go-to but not so much this trip. No masks, clerks not really distancing, not enforcing distancing among some customers who weren't, no curbside, had to sign a receipt with a community pen, didn't have all I needed . . . They were happy to help as best they could with the parts I needed but their concern for my health was missing. Impressed but not in a good way this time. I'll go elsewhere next time.

A little over priced compared to everyone else selling auto parts..... everyone working there are all angry or snappy... disgruntled idk the word but I don't like it and I tried to go to a different store thirlby owns and they all act the same..... life sucks selling car parts huh.... hahaha

Usually got what I need. Prices are reasonable for a small business owner.. They also have a really cute guy working there!

Consistently have the parts I have at a reasonable price! The crew is happy to help me with "repairs" that you probably won't read about in a Haynes manual! I love to keep it local and thrilby has always gone above and beyond my expectations!
