So I've been getting my oil changed ONLY HERE for a year now. I have to buy my filter from a parts store and then get reimbursed for a measly $2 after paying $12 for the filter. So I'm paying full price plus the price of the filter that every other person gets included in the price. So I bought my filter, being aware that I need to provide my own, unlike everyone else in the world, and they don't have my oil in stock. The guy wouldn't ask someone if they could use another kind just flat out told me that I need to go buy my oil for the oil change. So I have to provide my own filter and my own oil. I have never felt so inconvenienced. And knowing that I wouldn't be reimbursed for that I refused. The guy gave me an attitude, acted like a complete know it all nincumpoop and was completely rude. I am totally over this place.

Went in with leaky tire told them I needed my aluminum rim broke down and resealed with a new valve stem. They took it in broke it down and found 3 cracks in my rim. They were nice enough to put the rim and tire in a bag and put them in my truck. They also unmounted the spare under the truck and mounted it on my truck for me all after hours. They did not charge me a penny and would not except a tip. I'm very grateful for their helpful service.

They better get a bigger couch or more chairs for customers to sit in while the employees take their sweet time. The last couple of times I have been here, I have waited over three hours. They should pick up the pace or start discounting the services. Not getting service from here anymore. I’ll fix or replace what I have to on my vehicles, myself.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the check in process was easy and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes.

Great prices on oil changes and tires. Very friendly staff. Been coming here for over 10 years and never had a problem. Oh one bad battery but they replaced it right away.
