A sanitation service/dump that's not available on Fridays? Some of us work all week and only have time to use this service on the weekends... Could we possibly have a shorter period to deposit home refuse on Saturdays at least?

Drove 5+ hours to get a small part for $15 that the Internet parts stores wanted between $250-$280 and the eBay criminals wanted double that. Found that part and many more. The staff, one at the desk and one working the yard, were friendly, helpful and big-hearted. The employee at the desk was running the check out stand, providing information to several different customers at the same time, and dealing with the phone (one) that never stopped ringing. They gave me a remarkable deal on the parts I bought. The 58 mile drive on OR38 was spectacular. These people are not Amazon with all its customer support resources. If you didn't like the wait on the phone and/or you thought "Riverside Auto Parts, you are going to have to hold" was rude, you just don't know who you called. If you posted on here that you won't deal with them for that then you imposed instant Karma on yourself. They are a great business!

Few years ago i had a mechanic who screwed me over with my computer and he did more damage than good. Took my car to bulldog and he QUICKLY fixed my car and was very reasonable! Ive taken my car back several times, with my CPS sensor and my alternator both times they fixed it quickly and never charged me more than they needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

These guys are great. I usually have only limited needs but they've never let me down. Great customer service, they can get busy, very reasonable on prices.

Incredible customer service here, came in for a set of wheels. Wheels and tires where in great condition. I was in a hurry when I needed them, despite being busy they where able to pull them and help me load in a timely manner. I really appreciate the help. Will definitely be back

What a nightmare! I sold them my car in August 2021. Should have been the end. Nope. They gave it to the "guy next door" so he could take it apart. Somehow it got parked illegally and was a road hazard, so the police had it towed. A while later I get a letter from the towing company stating my car had impounded and that I owed several hundred dollars to get it back. We were assured that Cascade would take care of it. Fast forward to January 2022, and we get a letter from the towing company's lawyer with threats of being sent to collections. Tomorrow we'll see what kind of back pedling this shoddy company can come up with. I'm pretty sure I'll have to find a lawyer to take care of this issue. For a car that is no longer worth the impound fees that have accrued. Save yourself the hassle and find someone to sell your car too.

WM failed to collect my trash and or recycle containers 4 times last year. WM refused to collect on a "snow day" that resulted in less than 1/2 inch of snow on the grass and NO snow on the roads. Customer Service told me, the trucks were not 4 wheel drive and therefore could not collect trash that day. I asked for a credit for the days WM failed to collect my trash and recycle and they said no because their cost of doing business did not change just because they did not collect my trash. Yep, for real. I would 100% never use WM if I had a choice. They are a monopoly in Newberg. WM does NOT care about their customers and is mismanaged in Newberg.

Horrible company, one of the drivers came up onto my property and took 30 black bags of bottles and cans. Another time the dropped my can in and charged me $95 for a new one. After pick up, our empty trash can is often left blocking the mailbox. I have made every effort trying to get them to stop it. For example, taping notes to the trash can and mailbox, positioning our full cans in different locations, and calling the office asking that a message be given to the drivers. The sweet little lady across the street gets her trash can put back in the exact spot she leaves it every time.

The guys didn't talk much. More hand motioning, got rid of wrecked truck for me. Bout $100 a ton I think. Cleanest metal recycling ♻️ place I've been to. All the area was paved.

Do not recommend! Their employee Norman shows up to tow your vehicle completely wasted. Hopefully he seeks the help he needs to sober up or they let him go. It could affect the company as a whole.

Bought a transmission from them through eBay, and it was bad. After some time, they helped me out with the Warranty, and they were able to provide me with a refund. Michael was of great help throughout the whole process. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

GREAT company ran by a GREAT person! Anthony and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. After searching for lawn maintenance in southern oregon for a rental property, a friend of mine referred me to Anthony’s Lawn Care and Snow Removal. All other companies I spoke with gave me the run around on pricing and time to complete the project was insane. Not only did Anthony and his team finish ahead of time, the pricing was on point!
