I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I ordered a part online and I felt as though the staff handled my order very well.

Transmission i bought. Said i drove it with no oil. After i had a talk before I left about what oil to put in it. Got it home I took off the slave cylinder and noticed seal bad. And taking off the top Transmission easy view point on it. See the bearing shot rusted out missing and water in it. Still banded to the palet. Tried to say I rebaned it to the pallet. Then not holding there promise to the 3 month warinty. Said I ran the Transmission no oil it. Walked out with them laughing at me. Reconsider buying fron them. And wrote the city about it nothing done about it. The jokes on you if you ignore this review.

Most rude sexist people I have ever delt with they just tried to charge me 25$ each for a emblem off the side of a mustang that runs for 9$ online all based of the judgment they gave me when I walked Through the front door l. So because I’m a woman I cant Buy car parts? I dont Recommend going unless you have to or Have your husband or son go in there or you wont get a good price based off of the gender you were born.

they stole 600 dollars from me, they insisted that i pay in cash, they give me a part that was already garbage and they did no want to change it. they kept the part and the money. i have been cheated. i have invoice, proof.

Bought a transmission and didn't install it was still branded to the pallet. And it noticed when I pulled the slave cylinder off the cylinder bearing seal was messed up. They said I didn't put oil in the transmission and drove it with out oil in it and would not take it back even with there 3 month warranty on it.

Great place to do work with. I've been to many auto yards, from Eugene all the way to Seattle. This yard sticks out because of their fair prices, clean yard, and respectful and friendly staff. Will be my first call for future parts.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices for parts I needed were very reasonable and cheaper than any online markets I checked. Got to inspect car and part condition before making decision. Staff pulled parts including body panels in about 5 minutes even in rain.

Great service, even though they did not have what I was looking for they directed me to a company that had what I was seeking. Greatly appreciated!
