they don't ever respond to email requests. emailed them several times. had a list of wanted items and didn't want to tie up the phone lines all day. left detailed info so they could look things up on their time so it was easier.

Heard about Doug’s from a guy at NAPA auto parts actually, tryin to help me find a discontinued part. Sure enough I showed up, right near closing and he was more than happy to walk me around their yard to look for the part I needed. We found it, but needed to cut it out so I told him I’d come back the next morning. Showed up in the morning and he already had it removed for me. Really nice and helpful and will look to them for parts in the future.

I had no idea how bad this location was until I bought a car from them. I was not able to pick the car up for a week. This ended up with $50 in storage fees due to "lack of appointments." I've bought 5 cars through Copart with my personal account in the past and have NEVER had one single issue getting my cars picked up as soon as possible. Reading all the reviews, I'm not the only person this has happened to recently. It really seems like they are doing this on purpose at this location. My reasoning (what could seem to most people as minor) for getting so irritated to write this review, is my car had a nice set of now discontinued OEM all-weather floor mats in all of the pictures. I've always received my cars from all the other locations with everything that was pictured. At the bare minimum, you really should expect to get what is pictured, and has always been the case in my experience. When the driver took the pictures when it was being picked up, they had been taken out of the car and were not in the trunk when I got it. I have nothing to back me up because I used a broker and not my personal membership on this car. Unfortunately, the broker is absolutely no help at all with their canned responses. They really need to be looked at closely by Copart.

The two lovely ladies up front are always very helpful in making sure that I get what I came for and need. And the fact that they are accepting returns and offering warranties outs them at the top of my list when it comes to auto o

Great people, very friendly and very helpful. I had a car that I wanted taken away and they were able to come and pick it up. It got loaded up super quick and with no issue. The Driver was incredibly experienced and I would do business with them again in the future!

I called about 5 tow companies. Towing 10 miles with a vehicle that is drivable onto the tow truck should cost roughly 100-150$. I was told by other companies up to $185 and was given so much attitude and spoken to disrespectfully. So I called Buzz. He was kind-spoken, honest, upfront and even suggested I call another company closer to the drop off destination so I could save some money. His honesty is what earned him this review. ! He willingly gave the business to his recommendation, to benefit me. Most people wouldn’t do that. Not only was he truthful and had my best interest in mind, but his recommendation was also kind to me and spoke to me with respect, as well as was timely and easy to schedule with. Being a 30 year old female, it was obvious that the other companies were charging me the higher prices right away, assuming I didn’t already do my research, and when I started to ask for description how they came up with such a high price they would get an attitude. I was grateful to Buzz for treating me professionally and quickly getting me taken care of between himself and his recommendation. Honest, competitive pricing. Agreed to .20/lb for dirty aluminum but they went out of their way to separate and pay .45/lb for the dirty extruded. ATM machine works much better now. Was messed up for a while. If they ever redo the pothole-ridden roads it will be easy 5 stars.

The prices are to high for cars and trucks with that many miles on them

Owner Rob is both rude and aggressive , his way of talking to customers is very uncouth.When called out on his childish behavior he threatened to call the police rather than simply just do the job he was hired to do . Save yourself the time and stress and seek parts elsewhere!

Been using Art Green for quite a few years and can (and do) unequivocally recommend him, his work, and reputation. Honest as the day is long. There aren't too many old-school mechanics around these days, but he is one.I came to him after I thought I was getting screwed by Goodyear. Got an estimate from Goodyear and it was very high. Green did the same work for nearly half the price. PLUS, some of what Goodyear said needed to be done...didn;t and Green showed me specifically where they were padding their estimate.Go. You will not regret it!

This was clearly the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. When I call, the gentleman was taking three or four different phone calls at the same time and speaking with other people, and then got extremely upset with me when I tried to understand who he was talking to. When I asked for his name, the gentleman Stated that he was the owner and didn’t need to give me his name. I opted to take my car to another Facility. Won’t use this company ever again.

This auto plus is not good....I always had a good experience there until recently. The guy Louie who works there is not very good and always smells like alcohol. It’s a very strong smell. The manager isn’t very friendly either. I would recommend going across town to PepBoys or Advance Auto parts instead.

Took weeks before they shipped my order. Gave a speel about how they have to pressure test and paint the tanks and the 1st one failed. Assuming they forgot about my order. It was shipped after calling, finally arrived, looked like a child boxed it up, box looked like it was rolled down 4 flights of stairs, they have no idea how to package parts. Has 2 broken fittings in the tank, I need to try to remove now. No way they pressure tested it without plugging all the holes... and definly not painted...
