Took weeks before they shipped my order. Gave a speel about how they have to pressure test and paint the tanks and the 1st one failed. Assuming they forgot about my order. It was shipped after calling, finally arrived, looked like a child boxed it up, box looked like it was rolled down 4 flights of stairs, they have no idea how to package parts. Has 2 broken fittings in the tank, I need to try to remove now. No way they pressure tested it without plugging all the holes... and definly not painted...

Very disappointed with purchase. On the website the photos of a door we purchased. The pictures showed the door as great condition with no dents. When I drove from Pennsylvania to Maryland to pick up the door and the door was all dented. It looked like they damaged it when taking if off the vehicle. You can not trust their photos on line because apparently they do not show the condition that your part will be in when you pick it up.

First time here and I don’t scrap at all so I’m not sure how prices match up but I walked out with more than I expected from gutting a house.The staff was very friendly and showed me where to go, though most don’t speak full English so knowing a little Spanish is useful.

Dealt with the Heavy Truck Parts side of this company. Purchased an Allison AT545N for one of our box trucks. Called, confirmed it was an AT545N vs. AT545. Believe it was Neal I spoke with, he said he had a couple, suggested one that was a recent Jasper rebuilt unit. Paid a deposit over the phone, paid rest when I picked it up. Price was good. Had transmission waiting for me and loaded me up. Transmission is in truck and back on the road. Thanks!!!

CRG provided me with a critical part our company box truck, when Velocity and over 5 other salvage yards failed. Much appreciated, Neil was very helpful with great and to the point service. My Freightliner needed a rear hub-hub axle, an after searching for about three weeks across America, CRG had the part and got it shipped to me within five days (to include the weekend) of the part being ordered. Thank you Neil and CRG for absolute sensible and efficient service. Only one issue which they took credit card payment over the phone instead of wire transfer but totally understand and worth it.

Sad to report that the reviews are right. Tried contact through Ebay to locate the yard for a trip, not taking messages. Data-mined for the website and got a phone number. Called, and reached parts. Gave the Stock number, did not want it. Very rude/assertive tone telling me to give year, option information. Eventually realized the stock number was the best way to lookup a part that was already deemed compatible. Asked for details. Priced way outside competitive. I will take my business elsewhere, to yards that will treat people with some baseline respect...

Saw a listing on eBay for a kit I was interested in. They had the pictures of the entire car on the post for the motor but no separate post for the exact parts I was looking to buy. Gave them a call and the guy couldn’t understand I wasn’t looking to buy the motor just parts they had removed and he hung up in my face. Their lost won’t get anything from me!

I saw they were selling some seats on Ebay and needed some additional information so I called them. Every person I've spoken with so far has had ZERO customer service skills. They answer the phone with a poor tone and they are very short. I've been hung up on twice now. The first time I thought it was an accident so I called back again and again I was hung up on. So I called back again and was stuck on hold for a very long time... I hung up and called back again. This time I pressed 0 and it went to Parts again and I said, "What is going on over there? Are you guys having phone issues or just being rude? I've been hung up on 2 times and have been put on hold for a very long time." His response was, "What do you want!!!?" From that point I made up my mind to not deal with this company.. Come on guys you work directly with the public, you have to have better customer service skills... I'm not sure if the owner knows what is going on, but he is losing business over it.

Called about a part they had listed on the internet, got transferred 3 different times before someone would look up the part. Every person I was transferred to was rude, last guy was no different, actually cussed at me as he hung up the phone after telling me he didn't have the part I was looking for. Incredibly bad customer service, don't know why anyone would do business with these people.

Terrible communication I felt like my deposit was held hostage I ordered an engine and told it was from a Hino 165 I needed it to bolt directly in They sold me the correct engine but failed to mention it was from a nissan with a compleatly different bell housing that attaches to the transmission its going to take 3 days messing wth this engine to get it to the point I will need to make it work If it even possible. Thank you for nothing your company dose bad business

Be careful driving near this company on the road. They drive with loads on their vehicles that aren't properly secured and when your vehicle gets damaged they don't care and will refuse to do anything about it.

I had gotten these guys number from another recycler for a ECM I was looking for. I reserved the part online and then called them just to make sure they still had it and were able to overnight it for me. The guy was very helpful and my programmer received the PCM the next day. Thanks for the help!

Ordered a red "Brembo caliper" and received a black Toyota 4 piston caliper.... called and spoke with the women who runs the eBay store and she said that's what was on the car .... The car listed was a black 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with red Brembo shame it was too good to be true

Bought a hood paid for it with credit card got a receipt they said they would hold until i could make the drive.Drove 2 hours to pick it up got there and they had resold it. Terrible buisness
