I ordered a part that came in completely busted then had to deal with mailing the part back and back and fourth via email of them claiming that they didn’t send me the part and it was not there part .(because it didn’t have there marking on it , even though it had a tag)

In my case, my insurance carrier roadside assistance towed my stranded truck to them and dropped it off. I left a phone message asking Wills Wrecker diagnose and fix it. Melissa phoned me later to report it was a starter and that they could fix it. The job was completed to my satisfaction and the very reasonable bill was paid over the telephone without me ever stepping foot in the shop. Not that I didn't want to, just that I was out of town and couldn't be there during their business hours. Wills Wrecker is highly recommended!

I'm in Geneseo and prefer to drive here than go to Metalico. Their prices are higher and everyone is a lot friendlier. it's easy to back a trailer into the area up front where they take care of the small scrap. I had a truck full of copper and aluminum I sorted into their different grades and came away with over $500.
